Casa Vista Verde VII in Central Florida’s location minutes from all popular Orlando and Daytona Beach attractions! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home.

A few minutes’ drive away from Downtown Orlando, Sanford Zoo, a very nice and huge Altamonte Springs shopping mall. Is not too far from: Sanford and Orlando Airport, Seminole Soccer Complex, 20 miles from Boombah Sports Complex, Universal, UCF, Disney, and Legoland among other real cool places to visit like the famous Seminole Wekiva Trail, just a mere few steps away!

In the patio we have a large hot tub within our “huge” covered in-ground pool with lots of furniture to relax (Did I mention the visual privacy for those that don’t want to be seen while swimming)? Insert LOL here!

Enjoy our interior and patio by the pool bars and our exterior large park style charcoal BBQ grill! On the living room, we have a new 82” Samsung and other TVs galore in every bedroom, all over the place. We run high speed fiber optic internet!

The original price covers up to 4 guests, however, many times at the last minute, relatives and friends want to join and be part of your vacation adventure. We are very strict about the number of paying guests. To keep prices at a great value, after the first 4 guests, any extra guest/s must pay an additional fee of $20.00 each per reservation night. All payments must be made through the booking site prior to the check-in.
Please note that extra guests’ payments are made based on the total nights of your booking/reservation, even if any of your additional guests are staying one or two nights only.

If you are planning an event, upon approval, we have a $250.00 special event fee.

Parking: The driveway allows 4 cars to park, 2 behind the first 2. You may park in the street front area between the mailbox and the red flag. We also have a 2-car garage.

We are pet friendly with a huge, fenced yard! There is a onetime, non-refundable $100.00 pet fee for each furry guest. Please let us know how many pets are tagging along to update your quote (It’s mandatory to pick up Snoopy’s poopy!)

The city just opened a new and amazing recreational sports park ideal for children to play. Has Tennis and basketball courts and it caters a new amusement-park-style-heated pool that is just 1 mile (1 minute drive) away. Location: Westmont Recreation Center 624 Bills Lane Altamonte Springs, FL 32714.

For the wanderer in you, I suggest also, doing a search for Rock Springs/Kelly estate park (call them first) where the Wekiva river flows from an artesian well (you may rent inner tubes from stores to enjoy an amazing not man-made lazy river.) Last time I checked it was like $8.00 per carload of people. It's located in the city of Apopka near to "King's Landing" which is another cool place, for real canoeing downstream. Not too far away, there is a quaint city called Mt. Dora... Closer by, we have Wekiva State Park as well.

My favorite water hole: Wekiva Island is a short drive away, with wine, beers, Canoes, Kayaks and Paddleboards just by the river at 1014 Miami Springs Dr., Longwood FL 32779

This 2,902-sf house was recently acquired and came with a working older pool heater. We tested the heating monster. We ran it for 2 weeks and is not very cost effective. If you want the heater option: After much number crunching, the fee/cost is $85.00 for each day of your full reservation. We are in Florida and note that there is a heated pool 1 minute drive away or you may walk there to stay in shape!
A 5-night stay x $85.00 would be $425.00. We only run it upon special advanced paid requests so let us know!
