Guest Access:

You'll have access to the ENTIRE LOWER SUITE as this house is primarily set up for guests. Please note there is another unit in the upper suite. These are two separate suites, completely sectioned off, and with separate entrances.

Our house is strategically located, providing easy access to nearby attractions, dining options, and entertainment. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, our unit offers a peaceful oasis in the midst of city life.



Getting Around:

Step outside and discover the convenience of having a picturesque park and playground within walking distance. Perfect for leisurely strolls, picnics, and family fun. Additionally, local grocery stores are just around the corner, ensuring you have everything you need for a seamless stay.



Other Things to Note:

• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check out ) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.

• This unit is on the LOWER SUITE!!!

• The backyard, patio, and BBQ grill are shared with other guests.

We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.

For your peace of mind, we offer two options:

1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.

2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.

These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.

Please let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 2am, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.
