Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 11th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and we offer FREE WIFI ! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious and beautifully furnished!! We also have a bonus room for luggage or storing your beach chairs and umbrellas.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with beverage cooler, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and the 2nd bedroom, and two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom for sleeping up to 8.



We also have the 4BR unit on this same floor should you have a large group and need two condos on the same floor!!



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The condo was beautiful! The amenities were great. We had one minor issue & the property manager handled it flawlessly. We will definitely stay again. Five stars!

Everything was great. My stay included multi generations and there was plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing or for everyone to gather together.

The only problem was evidently when the cleaners cleaned, they had the balcony door open and it took us 2 days to get rid of all the moths. Furniture could use some upholstery cleaner. Other than that it was beautiful.

Beautiful setting and unit, spacious and comfortable. Great beach, good location. Parking wasn't an issue. Excellent response from the manager (owner?). We had a wonderful time.

The only issue we have is we issue there was more to do that didn't require driving anywhere so much. Walking to restaurants was not to bad but I couldn't see young kids take the walk. But other than that we had a great time. Would definitely recommend this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The week we stayed at this condo was fantastic everyone from the adults to the children had a really good time. The only thing wrong was the water that comes from the refrigerator camw out very slowly...a trickle. That was frustrating. Other than that things were so nice. The condo was equipped with most everything we would need, especiallythe kitchen. I would suggest measuring spoons, a whisk and a cast iron griddle and fry pan.

Spring Break Beach Vacation

Property is as listed, great location with beautiful view of the ocean. Spacious with lots of room for a family of 5 with 2 teenage boys. Plenty of activities on the property and near by to keep the kids entertained. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean. Definitely recommend bringing the essentials, paper towels, toilet paper, spices, cooking oil, ect...

Great location and amenities

Property itself was great! Easily accessible to the beach and the pool. Safe for families. Walkable to restaurants, a small grocery, coffee, etc. Parking on-site was nice despite having to pay extra for it. The unit is great. 11th floor and spacious! We enjoyed the living space, the balcony, & the nice kitchen & bedrooms. Our biggest issue was the lack of any “extras”. No salt, pepper, cooking spray, saran wrap, etc. I read this in other reviews but have stayed in alot of vrbo’s and atleast the basics were there (generally left over from the last visitor). 1 trash bag for the week. Cheap and minimal paper towels/toilet paper. We also had a broken iron that leaked water all over everything and the washer & dryer are awful. They barely dry clothes after 2 cycles. This is essential when you are at the beach/pool day after day and enjoy washed and dried clothes! This would also speak to the damp towels/wash rags & kitchen towels that we found upon arrival. They were musty and hung in the bathrooms for use. Clean, dry and fresh towels would be nice for sure! We would certainly stay at this location again as it is beautiful. I would just look to see better accommodations (simple things as mentioned above) at this price point. I only write reviews to try to help improve the property and make it better for the next. We will certainly return to the area and would not hesitate to stay in this building again!

Nice condo for large families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with three separate families—6 adults and 5 children ages 8 and under. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a major plus. Views of the beach were breathtaking. Everything was clean. Our only complaint was the appliances. The living room TV appeared to be losing its color but wasn’t a big deal (the guys just wanted to watch football), the ice machine appeared dirty inside but made plenty of ice for our coolers, and lastly, the washer and dryer are terrible and need replaced. Clothes would be dripping wet and would require an extra drain and spin cycle then the dryer would still take 3 cycles to fully dry. None of these things were deal breakers but are definitely luxuries that come in handy with large families with little kids. Overall we had a great time!

The property was within walking distance to many places in Gulf Shores. The unit itself had a couple issues but we didn’t let it ruin our vacation. The dryer did not dry towels or clothes very well. In other beach rentals we’ve stayed at, they supplied beach towels and supplies. I just assumed this place would too but not the case. We did know about the towels when the checkin email was sent. Also, there are bare minimal toiletries and dish/laundry soap, which was also known in the checkin email. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back in the future!
