If you’re looking to stay in Breck for 30 days or longer, this is the place! One block from Main Street … a ski-shuttle stop 1/2 block away … views of the slopes … it’s fantastic. It’s the perfect place for your extended Breckenridge adventure, so what are you waiting for? You and your family and friends will love it!

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome works perfectly for groups of up to six people. The living area features vaulted ceilings, great natural light, and sweeping views of the slopes. There’s also plenty of seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The updated kitchen features quartz counters, stainless steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from apres-ski snacks to memorable mountain meals. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for four at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your extended stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Great location; easy access to town and gondola

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great experience. The unit is located on the second floor of a house just a short walk from the Blue River Plaza...which is the exact center of town. The Breck Free Ride bus to the gondola is less than half a block from the property so it's an easy commute to the slopes...even in ski boots. And it's less than a 5-minute ride each way. Very convenient.The property had a very well-stocked kitchen and plenty of household amenities (humidifiers, ironing board, cleaning supplies). All the appliances were in good working order. Overall, the property was in very good condition. We only had a couple of issues: The blinds on the sliding glass door in the master suite were broken, so they could not be raised. Which was a bit disappointing since the view of town and the mountain is spectacular from the second floor, so we missed out on that. Also, the fireplace was functional, but the flame was very low, so there was little heat and ambience. Not deal-breakers by any means and not enough to reduce the 5-star rating, but they are worth mentioning.With any vacation property, things are going to crop up here and there where you need to contact the property management company. The key for me is how the staff responds. If I could give Summit Mountain Rentals 10 stars, I would. The check-in, check-out process was flawless...and when I had questions or needed something, I could text the staff and I would get a response within 5-10 minutes...and if someone needed to get to the property, s/he was there usually within 30 minutes. The responsiveness and professionalism of the Summit Mountain Rentals staff is the best I've experienced. They really were helpful and a pleasure to work with and enhanced the experience of our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice place. The unit is clean and roomy and has a very nice layout. In terms of location, it could not be in a better spot on Ridge, just a block from Main. Tons of restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. We honestly had an awesome stay here! And the property management company was timely, responsive and super-professional.Just a couple considerations, not deal killers in my mind, but just things to be aware of:- In summer, the unit gets uncomfortably hot, especially on the top floor/master bedroom. It faces west so there's not much you can do about it and even with windows open at night, there is little airflow. So just a caution if you don't sleep well in hot conditions. Not an issue in Fall/Winter/Spring.- Kitchen is fairly well stocked, but most of the cookware is really old and worn. Only a couple knives, none are sharp and no steak knives. So not ideal if you intend to cook a lot.- The TV is very old and pretty small. And we had a lot of problems streaming on the provided Fire Stick. Ended up connecting our own Apple TV which then worked ok. - Coffee maker did not work. Ended up just bringing our own....All in all, good place in a GREAT location!
