The unit is near UF, Shands Hospital, T-75, and Butler Plaza, located on the ground floor, providing easy access. It's 3 Miles (8 minutes by vehicle) away from the apt to Shands Hospital. There are three routes bus stops in the community and four routes bus stops near the community. The parking is free.

The front door and porch of the unit are equipped with security cameras to ensure the safety of all guests.

There are four rooms in the unit. Each room has its bed/bath. Two persons are allowed per room.

The room Galaxy is furnished with a queen-sized, 64” W*84" L bed, 12” mattress, and a 43" TV, the living room also has a 50" TV. The room is also locked with a U-bolt indoors.

The unit has appliances induction stove oven, toaster, microwave, fridge, washer, dryer, etc. shared by tenants.

Great stay

Overall great stay guest were quiet and considerate to the fact that i worked overnights. The house was very clean. It was exactly what i needed.

A miracle

Needed a safe place to evacuate to and all motels / hotels were booked. I send huge thanks to the Host and all involved for allowing us a safe place. The apartment was very cozy and home like. Very clean and any appliance you could possibly need. I hope we will be able stay again when the need arises. Thank yo7 all!!

You get what you pay for

I’ve stayed in many rooms in Gainesville during the years my daughter has been going to school here. This was the least impressive of all of them. It smelled musty when I walked in the bedroom. I was only given two towels for a three night stay, one small bath towel and one hand towel. They were both handing and antics when I arrived. I assume they were washed and hung to dry. They were old and pretty rough. No rugs in the room or bathroom. . The sheets were clean but old and not even part of a sheet. Thin sheet and an old comforter were on the bed. Only light options were the ceiling fan and a desk light. There were just no creature comforts such as nice towels, soft blankets, etc. walls were paper thin, I heard conversations from the room next door as clear as day. Old shower head. Wouldn’t say again.

There are four rooms in the unit SU. Each room has its own bed/bath and U-bolt lock. Two persons allowed in per room. 3/4 rooms are furnished with queen-sized, 64” W*84" L bed, 12” memorial mattress; one room with twin bed. Appliance with microwave and indoor laundry room, etc. It is a good place for leisure. You will have a good time here.
