Review:We stayed here for a college football weekend and had a good experience overall. The apartment was clean and in a convenient location, perfect for two people but definitely a bit tight for a larger group. Check-in was smooth, and the owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. A solid stay for a quick trip!

Easy access and parking. Clean apartment with nice touches- phone chargers near bed, good pillows, awesome coffees provided. Would’ve been long walk to UF campus but was easy drive. Go see the bats.

Quiet, comfortable, clean

Nice little place, very comfortable, well maintained, and close to campus. I will note that it is a bit far from any grocery stores, which could be an inconvenience in a longer stay if you don't have a car, but otherwise the place is great and very reasonably priced.

This property was absolutely perfect when my husband and I came to visit our son and attend a football game at the university of Florida. We were within walking distance of the game, and the accommodations were wonderful. The cost was about the same as a hotel room, but we got so much more. It’s nice to have the extra room to stretch out and to have a full kitchen. We have marked it a favorite, so we will be back.

Comfortable stay

The apartment itself was very comfortable and quiet. Tyler was a responsive host answering messages quickly. Checking in was a breeze. However the surrounding property is not very nice.

Great location near hospital

Lovely stay while visiting out daughter on a rainy weekend. The host was awesome and provided umbrellas which was so appreciated. Very accommodating and great communicator. Thanks for the lovely visit.

We enjoyed the coffee bar & supplies, the location was very convenient to downtown Gainesville. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed. We appreciated that they allow dogs and felt "at home". A TV in the bedroom would have been nice.

Tyler the property manager was great to work with. However, the complex and neighborhood was sketchy. We wanted to take advantage of the pool. That's one reason we chose this place. The pool had been closed down by the health department since Oct 23. Additionally something pretty suspect was floating in the pool. The listing sure doesn't mention any of this. Additionally, there was a lot of mold on the shower curtain.

Thanks so much for the feedback. I always want guests to have a great experience, and I appreciate you sharing your thoughts. As we talked about, the pool is completely managed by the HOA. We weren’t notified about the closure before your stay, and since it’s outside our control, we weren’t able to step in on that one. As soon as we found out, we updated the listing and passed everything along to the HOA so they can address it on their end. For the shower curtain, I’ve already looped in our cleaning team to make sure we take care of. We’ve also tightened up our inspection process so everything stays up to our standards. And of course, if anything ever comes up within our control, during a stay, we’re always happy to fix it right away. Thanks again for letting us know, guest feedback helps us keep improving.

Nice place to stay

The location is awesome. We had appointments at the hospital and could walk there in minutes. The place was clean and had all the basic accoutrements. I think it needs some little updates (black out curtains in the bedroom, better coffee, a bed skirt on the bed). Just a few touches that make it feel more like home. The owner was great—easy to communicate with and contacted us to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely rent here again.

Everything was smooth check in was great ! The outside could have been a little bit cleaner but it was a complex so it had nothing to do with the actual apartment. Once i got in the apartment it was cozy and very clean. The only issue it should of had a Tv in the room. Thats a easy fix. So overall i will definitely book again.

My wife and I love to travel, we have had some great experiences and have been able to stay in places managed by amazing hosts. These hosts inspired us to provide similar experiences to visitors in our home town.

The location is hard to beat in Gainesville when talking about convenience. The condo is a short walk to UF Health Shands, the VA hostpital and is right down the road from the main campus of UF. It is about a 5-10 minute drive fine dining and entertainment at Celebration Pointe and Butler plaza and downtown Gainesville. Not to mention you are in the heart of springs country.
