GREAT FOR LARGER FAMILIES!! 4 bedroom 2 bath private home with an amazing layout and private fenced back yard. Set in a quiet and safe Savannah neighborhood. Conveniently located between historic Savannah (15min) and Tybee Island beaches (15min).
This vacation property is ideally situated for those who want the rich history of historic downtown Savannah and the relaxation of a true small beach town.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed / Bedroom 2: Queen Bed / Bedroom 3: Double Bed / Bedroom 4: Double Bed and Double/Twin Bunk Bed (bottom double, top twin)

Kitchen: fully stocked. Plus we provide aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, baggies, etc.
Coffee Bar: w/starter Keurig cups/creamers/sweetner/teas provided.
Dining: full size dining table and breakfast table in kitchen.
Living room: Newly furnished w/3 seat couch, love seat, recliner & large smart tv.
FIREPLACE FOR DECORATIVE ONLY!
Laundry: full size washer & dryer in laundry room w/door. super quiet.
Garage/game room area: Full size Foosball table, Bar w/seating makes for a great place to have some fun back at the home base. Several Board games, Cards & Puzzles.
Back Yard: outdoor seating/table w/large cantilever umbrella provides plenty of shade. 2 grills. Both Propane and Charcoal.

The Layout: Main Bedroom has private bath suite featuring large soaking tub, double sink and separate shower area and is located off kitchen. Arched doorway from kitchen leads to open concept dining, foyer and living area w/vaulted ceiling. On the opposite side of living area are 3 more bedrooms and newly renovated full bath. Smart TV's in every bedroom.

General things provided for your stay: free WiFi. Keyless entry, linens/towels, hairdryers, Heating/AC. Washer/dryer. starter rolls of toilet paper, coffee/tea, laundry detergent, garbage bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, cooking spray, spices, paper towels.
Parking: off street parking 2-4 cars, on street parking allowed.
Only 1 step up to get into house.
Beach gear provided: beach chairs, umbrella, some beach toys, cooler & beach towels

Amazing Home!

Amazing home with easy access to both Savannah and Tybee! House is exactly as described and the owner is great. Lots of communication and immediate responses. We had 7 people fit comfortably and they all said how great the house was for us. House was also well stocked with what you need ie games, beach stuff, bbq grill, and plenty of kitchen ware!

Welcoming

When we first got there we were so thrilled that everything was easy to access and the home was beautiful! The little things we may have forgotten were there at hand and we were thankful for! Everyone was comfortable and had space to breathe! Would absolutely stay again! The property owner was easily reachable if I had any questions and eased any concerns I had before we even hot to the property!

Perfect Savannah vacation home

I will start by saying location location location. This house was right in the middle of two destinations we wanted to visit downtown Savannah and Tybee Island beach. This house is nestled away in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This house has comfortable beds which I believe is very important as well as fans in each room. This house is very spacious, has 4 bedrooms as well as two full bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything we would need. The coffee bar was fully stocked and the milk frother was a game changer. The laundry room was useful as well. The garage eas converted in a game room/bar area. The kids loved hanging out in the garage. The backyard is well kept and a peaceful oasis. I really don’t have any complaints about the house. It was clean, tidy and the host Kelli was very responsive throughout booking to even while we were in the house. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely vacation home

My family had a lovely trip to Savannah and this home was a great place to stay. It was spotlessly clean, well stocked with everything you might need, easy to get in and get settled and very comfortable for a family of five adults. Wilmington Island was about 15 minutes outside Savannah and easy to get to everywhere you might want to visit. We highly recommend this home.

Fantastic Home! Cannot Wait to Return!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home and it exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication from the owner prior to arrival were complete and clear, making the check-in process seamless. The property itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was immaculately clean upon arrival and stocked with all the basic necessities, which made settling in a breeze. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. One of the highlights of this rental is its fantastic location. It's conveniently situated in a great neighborhood, close to the historic Savannah (15min) and Tybee Island beaches (15min). The owner was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any inquiries or requests we had prior to and throughout our stay, which made us feel valued and well taken care of. Overall, I can't recommend this rental enough. It's a beautiful home in a great location, exactly as described, with an owner who goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I'm already looking forward to planning another visit in the future.
