The studio features a comfortable queen-sized bed adorned with soft linens, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Adjacent to the sleeping area, you'll find a cozy sitting area where you can unwind and enjoy a good book or watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.



For those who love to cook, the well-equipped kitchenette provides all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker, making it convenient for preparing breakfast or light snacks. A small dining table is also available, perfect for enjoying meals together or planning your day's activities.



The bathroom is immaculate, featuring a refreshing shower and provided with fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Other Things to Note:

We take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable space for our guests. Our team follows strict cleaning protocols, and we regularly fumigate the property to keep it pest-free. However, due to Florida’s warm climate, high humidity, and the property's proximity to the water, it’s common for local insects, including the occasional roach, to make an appearance—even after our best efforts.



Most of the time, you might find them already deceased as a result of our regular pest control. While this is a rare occurrence, we believe in being transparent. If you’re particularly sensitive to insects and this could impact your stay, we suggest considering another option to ensure your comfort.
