Host was very responsive but unfortunately the unit was dirty. The bathroom floor was full of long hair which means it was not even cleaned and or looked at. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and even dirty dishes in the cupboards. There was a lot of dust everywhere and I don’t even want to think about all the dirt and dust under the bed which caused my allergies to act up that first night

Great spot!

We have stayed at this unit multiple times and have enjoyed it every time! I love that it is at the end of the building which makes parking and entering/exiting much more convenient. The view is so peaceful and the unit is set up nicely. Enjoyed our stay!

Quiet lodge room

Convenient to all Suncadia areas. Hoping to have a place up here ourselves soon but will consider renting this unit again until I do.

Nice hotel quality condo

The unit is clean though not super homey. It provided what we wanted, minus the fireplace which was under repair. The lodge and nearby amenities are wonderful.

Great condo and communication

The owner was so easy to work with and very accommodating. I really appreciate how great they were and wish we could have stayed longer.I was happy to see that they had an air mattress. We packed ours just in case we needed one and they had us covered.Check in was so easy and the unit was perfectly clean!

Luxurious Mountain Retreat!

Location, location, location! Suncadia, the Lodge is a great property. The customer service across the board was excellent, very helpful. Property description is understated, beautiful grounds bring many choices - trail walks, biking, golf, side trip to Roslyn, hikes, the river, fantastic! The unit, was clean, comfortable and convenient, enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck. Thank Matt, look forward to a return visit soon.

Great Stay at Suncadia and this particular property! I took my wife for her birthday. Everything was as advertised! They even included flowers for my wife and a bottle of wine for her birthday. Great touch! Clean and everything we needed was there for our stay!
