Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host and property manager were very nice, responsive, and accommodating.Totally enjoyed the experience. Excellent neighborhood, neighbors, and overall environment!!Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

The stay was decent. There wasn't many kitchen items avaiable. Luckily some family memebers stayed 15 min away. One bedroom did not have a tv. The downstairs/basement area did have a bathroom. The master bathroom was cramped. the house overall needs some major updating. The neighborhood was quiet. Location was decent for the area. Grocery store and Dollar store is relatively close. We found a park for the kids down the street, We appreciated the accommodations for Thanksgiving but was not impressed compared to other properties. May stay again for the convenience if needed.

Great house for large group. Has 9 beds! Second time staying here. I really wish they would add a bathroom downstairs. It wouldn’t be hard to do with the washer and dryer there. 1 main bath and a VERY TINY second bathroom is just not adequate for a house that size that is super comfy for 9 people.

This was one of the nicer VRBO homes we have stayed at. The neighborhood was nice. I was able to run and feel safe. The house was very spacious. One thing to know is the master bathroom was very small. It didn’t affect us and we made it just fine but just to note it. The bedrooms were nice and roomy. The basement was huge and plenty of room. There is no bathroom downstairs but again it wasn’t an issue. Plenty of room for parking. The living/kitchen was nice. Overall we enjoyed the stay here.

Enough room for a large group

The house was clean with plenty of beds for a large group, but the king bed was the most uncomfortable and loud bed I have ever attempted to sleep on. That is not an exaggeration. Our friends said the beds in the basement were difficult to sleep on as well. The kitchen could use a larger selection of pots and pans and it needs a new can opener. The couch and the chairs at the kitchen table were wobbly. For the price we paid we would not stay here again, but we appreciated the space and the location.

Braves group outing

Fantastic. House has 9 individual beds (hard to find), was modern and clean, and in a very nice and secure neighborhood. Worked perfectly for my friends and I to go to a Braves game!

Excellent house with only minor issues.

In town for a coaching clinic with a staff of 8 adult men. The good: plenty of beds and space in the living room and kitchen to hang out together. Enough hot water for everyone and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only negatives were that both bathrooms were upstairs with one in the master,.Not a huge deal, but with so many people staying together bathroom time was at a premium, especially at night when someone was asleep in the master. Minor wear (broken, taped blinds, broken slats on downstairs bed) and the furniture was all bolt together which made all seating wobbly and borderline unuasable, especially for grown adults.Would stay here again especially if the furniture was upgraded, but overall a great place to stay.

Didn't work for us

A group of 10 of us stayed here for a family event in Atlanta. I wish I could give a more positive review but unfortunately I cannot. When a house has enough beds for 12-16 people there needs to be more functional bathrooms. The upstairs is fine. It's updated with a spacious kitchen and decent sized bedrooms. Unfortunately one of the 2 only bathrooms is in the master bedroom. It is almost unusable. You cannot close the door to the bathroom and sit on the toilet without your knees touching the door. The bathroom is so tiny and strangely laid out. So the only spacious bathroom is in the upstairs hallway. The people sleeping in the basement have NO bathroom facilities to use. So potentially 8 more people with no bathroom. There is a washer and dryer down there and plenty of room for a bathroom but none to be found. This is my bad for not analyzing the situation on the VRBO listing better. It was nearly impossible to use the bathroom or shower at any given time. We kept saying it was like a comedy routine trying to pee or shower. Funny but not funny. Also the closet doors in the basement closet were broken, no batteries in the TV remotes in the basement and the molding in the kitchen was not attached to the island. Just lots of little things that should've been patched up before people stay there. The light over the dining room table is nearly impossible to turn on without instructions. Not comfortable for our group.
