Rustic Manor (Main House): This country home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, providing plenty of space and comfort. At the heart of the home is a charming ranch-style kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar island and barstool seating, seamlessly connecting to the living and dining areas. The living room area has a queen-size and full-size sleeper sofa. Plantation shutters throughout the home invite an abundance of natural light, while double French doors open to the outdoor patio and pool area, creating a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living.
The TEXAS-Sized primary suite features a king-size bed, 65” TV, and impressive walk-in closet with custom-built shelving and varied hanging heights. The en-suite bathroom blends convenience with luxury, featuring a combined tub and shower, dual vanities with sinks for him and her, and a freestanding glass-enclosed shower outfitted with his-and-her showerheads and an additional rainfall showerhead for a spa-like experience. The secondary is magnificent in both size & style with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, a 50” TV and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and walk-in closet. There are two full-size mattresses and a 50” TV in the bunkbed bedroom. Rustic Manor comfortably sleeps ±14.
The over-sized utility room with laundry, folding table, hanging rod, large basin sink, and custom cabinetry, provides our guests with convenient storage, helping larger groups with efficiency and organization during their stay. This room also has a half-bath and private door to the pool area, which enables pool users to keep water in its designated place and out of the main house.
Starry Nite (Guest Suite): This cozy standalone features a full bathroom and a 50" TV and is located just steps from the main house and pool. It’s ideal for friends, teens, solo travelers, or families with young children. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size bed and a full-size sleeper sofa. Starry Nite comfortably sleeps 4. Together with Rustic Manor, it comfortably accommodates ±18 guests.
Buller Studio Flat (Guest Quarters): Immerse yourself in the rustic charm of our spacious guest house. The open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar island with seating, a kitchen table, and a cozy living area featuring a 65” TV. The full bathroom offers a closet rack for hanging clothes and a dresser for storage. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size bed, a trundle bed with two twin-size mattresses, and a twin-size sleeper sofa, ensuring comfort for all guests. Buller Studio Flat comfortably sleeps 5. Together with Rustic Manor and Starry Nite, it comfortably accommodates ±23 guests.

The freestanding hot tub and tanning ledge, complete with a cooling spray deck and a Baja shelf, create a chic, resort-like ambiance. The backyard’s covered patio and pool area promises endless hours of relaxation and enjoyment. Grill and chill with the marble makeready grill-side table, stainless-steel gas grill, and a cozy fire pit. In the evening, gather around the fire pit for storytelling, s’mores, and stargazing under a blanket of stars.
