Yeah, Bay-by! Modern Farmhouse in Old Town Bay Saint Louis

Brand new construction in Old Town Bay Saint Louis just blocks from shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. We're thrilled to share our stylish, spacious home and heated saltwater pool with you! It's the perfect headquarters for Jeepin' or Cruisin' the Coast or any MS coastal occasion year round. Though you may never want to leave this charming coastal town, we are located less than an hour from New Orleans, and it's a short drive to the Silver Slipper and other area casinos.

Our modern farmhouse features one-step entry and a main-floor master with king bed and an en suite with walk-in shower. The open-concept living area has plenty of space for your entire party to relax and make memories together. The upstairs features a flex space with a giant beanbag that the kids will fight over (but don't worry, it's big enough for two) and two spacious guest rooms that share a bathroom. Best of all, our heated saltwater cocktail pool is open all year. So fill the cooler with ice from the patio icemaker and enjoy yourself!

We had a wonderful time staying at Yeah, Bay-by! and will definitely be rebooking in the future. David was a great host who answered all of our questions almost instantly prior to arrival. The property was spotless and amenities were plentiful!

The house was so beautiful and clean! The town also felt safe for our families with small children. We had a great time with our friends on our fall break! The only bummer was the ice maker on the back porch is not functioning!

We actually did not get in pool but it was clean! We did so many other things! Everything was very close! We rented golf carts and drove them everywhere! Never got in the cars while there! All Restuarant’s were great. Very clean and fully stocked! The nicest we have ever stayed in!

Very clean and beautiful home!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay - the house was extremely clean and David provided lots of amenities in the kitchens and bathrooms. He was very responsive with communication, as well! The backyard is very quiet and private and we got to see lots of birds during our stay!

Perfect Girls weekend!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights in celebration of my daughter and 2 friends college graduation. My mom, sister, nanny, and best friend came along and were just amazed at how awesome the home was. The home was stocked with everything you could imagine and the pool/outdoor area was lovely. The location was fantastic. We could not have asked for a better place!

Luxury Stay in BSL

The property was amazing. Felt more like a high end hotel- had all of the amenities needed and the house was very nicely furnished and styled. Neighborhood was nice and quiet but very close to downtown and the beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and the owners were very responsive to questions.

Excellent BSL home!

This home was beautifully designed, clean and very well stocked. We truly appreciated the attention to detail in the whole home and loved the coffee bar during our stay. They truly have thought of everything - from including toys for the pool, cornhole, beach chairs and pool towels. We had a small hiccup with the pool not heating up but the owners were very responsive and helpful to get this resolved quickly. We love the location of this home close to downtown and look forward to staying again.

Fantastic, spacious high end farm house!

This home is brilliantly designed and decorated with every amenity you can think of and it’s vast! The pool area off the kitchen is totally private and the office area is also tucked away out of the fray to mitigate interruptions. The hosts are very responsive and go out of their way to ensure your stay is seamless. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Bay St Louis!

Fantastic property!

I’ve stayed in several houses in BSL, and this is by far my favorite! The house had all the amenities, it was immaculately clean, and had the perfect layout for our family. I loved the kitchen appliances, the big dining table, the wet bar, the back patio, the mud room, and the master bathroom especially! The outdoor shower was super helpful. My husband appreciated the separate office nook. The closets are huge and it was great to really unpack and settle in for the week. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. I will say - I wouldn’t count on the pullout couch for an adult bed, but it would be fine for a kid. I would 1000% stay here again!

Break from NOLA

Came south to visit NOLA but wanted some quieter coastal time so booked the house. It was terrific! The house was beautiful and had everything you could want (and not just odds and ends put together, but beautiful dishes, appliances and cooking utensils). The house is well laid out, has plenty of amenities and comfortable for everyone. The added daybed swing was a delight! The heated pool was why we booked and it was lovely in the unpredictable early spring weather to know we would still have fun outside. The pool people came and made sure it was running top notch and while we were at the house at the time, they were in and out quickly, respectful of being in our space and made sure everything was working for us. The walk to downtown, the marina and restaurants was short and welcomed after eating all the food! Overall a great stay! Would stay again. Thanks for sharing your amazing home away from home with us!

Spacious and beautifully designed home. Everyone had plenty of space. We enjoyed the outdoor space also. The home was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well-stocked and loved the pantry space that we could use and the large island. Check- in and communication with host was very easy. We will be back!

We are NC natives who live most of the year in the Blue Ridge Mountains. When our oldest child went off to college in the delta, we fell in love with the area and decided to buy a home near her for visits and, eventually, to retire to! In the meantime, we want to share our space with you!

The vibe in Bay Saint Louis (BSL) is so relaxing, The stress of the world just melts away here. We love that it's walkable, that the people are so friendly, and that there are so many cute shops and great restaurants just down the street. We seldom want to leave when we are here, but it's so convenient to New Orleans, Biloxi, and so many other attractions if we are inclined to take a day trip.

Our place is brand new construction but full of charm. It has all the modern conveniences but still feels like old school, old town BSL!
