Just like at a hotel, where you provide your ID and security deposit at the front desk, our check-in process is just as simple—only online! Once completed, your arrival instructions will be sent right to you.

The property is located in Franklinton, a rapidly developing area near downtown Columbus. The property is on an updated street filled with recently renovated houses. There is a library, church and elementary school within eyesight. Though not quite walkable yet, many bars, restaurants, attractions and all downtown attractions are only a short Uber or Lyft ride away.

As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. This includes the backyard, the full kitchen, the children’s equipment, the dedicated workspace, and more. You can also enjoy easy access to the home using the Smart lock. Free parking is available in the driveway for one car. We recommend parking only a small SUV or larger as small cars may scrape the bottom. Free street parking is also available.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events that may affect your reservation.

Please note that you can log in to the Roku TVs using your own account. Guest mode allows you to set the date of your check-out so it will log you out automatically!

There is no handicap access. There are steps to enter the front and back doors of the house

Start-up quantities of amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Replenishment is up to the guest as they see fit

We do not allow smoking inside but DO allow approved dogs in our properties. We cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that the unit is free of pet dander, cigarette smoke, air fresheners/cleaning product scents, or any other elements that may trigger a medical problem or sensitivity.
