Inside, the home is built around gathering and looking out. High wood-beam ceilings, a grand brick fireplace, a piano, a large flat-screen TV, and a wall of windows bring warmth and drama to the main living space, while the fully stocked kitchen features granite counters, high-end appliances, a farmhouse sink, and everything needed for relaxed meals at home. The family room opens through tri-fold glass patio doors for an easy indoor-outdoor flow, and the game room keeps the group entertained with a full-size pool table, Pac-Man and NBA arcade games, a 110-inch projector screen, and a selfie photo station.

The bedroom layout keeps things comfortable without overcomplicating the stay. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms are arranged in a split floor plan with two primary suites, giving families, friends, or mixed groups helpful privacy. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, two queen beds, two pull-out couches, and a twin-sized chair, with hotel-style linens and bath essentials provided.

Spend the day wine tasting, exploring the valley, or taking in Lake Skinner’s outdoor scenery, then come back for pickleball, hot tub nights, fire pit conversations, and one more sunset from the hill.

- Our home is in a rural area where wildlife and insects are common. While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.
- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
- Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.
- This home has a game room.
- Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
- Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
