Great walkable location in a historic home with modern updates. Check-in and check-out were easy and the 3.5 bathrooms gave everyone their own space. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was clean and a great size.

Great stay!

What a wonderful location to explore Baltimore's gifts! The living space was incredible with inside and outside spaces to escape to. The beds were comfortable, and the decor was hip and luxurious. Easy check in - out, also.

Wedding shower weekend

Nino’s home was perfect for our visit. It was in a great, convenient location and had lots of amenities to make the stay comfortable. Nino was very responsive to any concerns we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property, great location

This property worked very well for our group of 8 family member plus an infant (warning we provided our own crib) visiting for a family wedding. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Loved the rooftop deck!

Federal Hill Stay

We had a great stay at Nino’s place in Federal Hill. Spacious, clean and as advertised. Close Camden Yards for Orioles game. Nice neighborhood. This was at least our second stay and would not hesitate to stay there again. Communication was outstanding!

Beautiful place in great location.

This home is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and very clean. The owner responded quickly our questions. The neighborhood is walkable and safe and a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was great, a true 4BR which was perfect for 4 couples. Convenient to all of Federal Hill, close to the Harbor. The property manager was super responsive, and addressed any questions and issues immediately. We really enjoyed our stay!

Absolute Heaven

The property was beautiful, spacious and just very easy relaxing. Overall a 10/10. I would definitely stay again. The showers, the mirrors that clear the steam..just a fabulous stay.

Beautiful!!

House was beautiful! Location was ideal to inner harbor, national aquarium, and other attractions. Kitchen could have use more essential items like hot pads, serving bowls, and pots/pans. Off street parking was nice however deff not spacious enough for larger SUV’s (we have a suburban). Nino was responsive and very communicable during stay. Would rent again and recommend to anyone!!

Mom trip for Eagles-Ravens

We were a group of 4 moms in town for the Eagles-Ravens game and we had an absolute blast! The home was just perfect for us, amazing location and so beautiful and well-maintained. Nino was super responsive and helpful, though we had no issues at all during our stay. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

The place was everything that was advertised and more! It was nice! It looked like they cared when decorating! Instead of those places charging top dollar but have the cheapest most low quality everything trying to make a quick buck buck

Great host and house!

Nino was a great host and the house was awesome! He made sure we had a great experience and responded quickly. Clean and very modern. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Will definitely rent with Nino again!

Great Place

Excellent property and great location if you like to walk. Host was very responsive. Only feedback is that kitchen supplies are sparse. Ex: only 3 coffee mugs, 4 cereal bowls, limited flatware, no serving bowls. We like to cook so we had to go buy supplies.

Spacious, clean and close to attractions

Our family enjoyed the spacious layout; lots of bedrooms, abundance of bathrooms and great family area on main floor. Roof deck gave us an additional hangout space. Parking spot in rear was wonderful although there is generally street parking too. We were able to walk to restaurants, the inner harbor area and other amenities. Great communications with the owner made this a very comfortable “home away from home.” We didn’t plan to do any cooking but the kitchen had lots of counter space and great appliances.

A long weekend in Baltimore

Property was just as listed. It is in a very walkable neighborhood with many food choices. Parking out back is tight but doable. Most times you can find parking out front. No problems with Nino (host). Quick to respond. There was 6 of us that stayed with plenty of space for all. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Would return if in the area.

Cute modern house

There were 5 of us and a baby and I love how our friends had their own bed/room and we had our own room and en suite bathroom. Listing was accurate with photos. Lighting was fun and a comfortable experience overall. Our friends had no problem finding parking out front and we were able to get parked in the back with no issues. Nino was extremely quick to reply with any questions I had. Thank you for hosting us!

Great Stay

The stay was great. Host was very easy to communicate with. Having private parking was a huge plus but it was very difficult to get in and out of with a larger car (was given a Tahoe for a rental). Would like to have seen a few more items in the kitchen (hardly anything that could be used to cook on.) Beds were big and comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. Massage chair was a big hit. Easy walking or short drive distance from a ton of stuff. We were in for the National High School Chess Championships at the Convention Center and it was a very easy drive to get back and forth. Overall, we would stay here anytime. Great job host!

rental at Acadia National park

house was clean, pleanty of beds and accomodated all my guests well. I highly recommend it to friends and I will come for another visit at the same place. one thing do not mind: clear out the grilling area so that there is no scrubs and branches around the grill please. I me and my team liked the fire pit and used both nights. grilling was hard due to branches from small scrubs and furn plants. house rules said not to move the grill from its place so had to leave and work around it during grillingt. overall ecperiance was awesome. thanks
