The Space:

As you enter the home you will find a storage closet directly ahead of the door offering a convenient space to unload your outdoor gear. On the ground level of the home you will find two comfortable bedrooms offering a quiet place to rest separate from the main living space. The first bedroom is a well-decorated and intimate space, with 3 windows filling the room with natural light. The bedroom includes a king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a cushioned bench, and a 5-drawer dresser. A spacious closet offers added storage space in the room so you can easily unpack your personal items. Adjacent to the first bedroom is the second bedroom, a spacious room with a king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a 5-drawer dresser, and a closet. A full bathroom is located across the hallway from the two bedrooms offering convenient access for the guests of the bedrooms. The bathroom features a modern single-sink vanity with storage space, and a stand-in shower with a sliding glass door. Just steps away from the table is the kitchen, an intimate and efficient space to prepare meals or quick snacks in. The kitchen includes like-new appliances and all the basic cookware needed to prepare a delicious meal, perfect for those times when you don’t want to stay in and cook. You are also minutes from the China Bridge bus stop and the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
