A compact, quiet one-bedroom flat on Leyton High Road, six minutes' walk from Leyton Underground and nine minutes' walk from Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. It suits two guests best; a sofa bed takes the total to four if you need it.

THE SPACE
- Bedroom with a memory-foam double bed and good wardrobe space
- Living area with a sofa bed, a smart TV, and a proper desk and chair for working
- Kitchenette with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and a Tassimo coffee machine. Enough for real cooking, but it is a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen, so worktop and pan space are limited.
- Bathroom with a shower and refillable eco toiletries
- Washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi throughout, central heating

HONEST ABOUT THE SIZE
This is a genuinely compact London flat. It is comfortable for a couple, a solo traveller, or one adult with a small child, and it works well for stays of a week or more. Four adults will find it tight. If you are four, please message us first so we can be sure it suits you.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Leyton is residential East London rather than a tourist district, which is why it is quiet at night and better value than zones 1 and 2. There is a good run of pubs and restaurants on the doorstep: The Coach & Horses (2 min walk), The Leyton Engineer (3 min), Leyton Orient Supporters Club (4 min), Yardarm (7 min) and Northcote Arms (10 min).

Really enjoyed the location of this property. It was close to the Underground and bus stops which made for easy travel around the city. The neighborhood has a number of restaurants and shops to choose from. There is a park nearby for the kid which we appreciated.
