Perfect Inside and Outside

We lived the walk ability of the location. Within just a few minutes we were able to get to dining, shopping, and anywhere else we needed. The condo was immaculate! The beds were sooo comfortable! We can’t wait to come again!

Stayed there in 2/2024 and again last week. Very nice Condo and the Bus pickup for the ski resort is right outside. Will stay again.

Family ski trip

We had the best time at winterpark for our family ski trip. The condo was beautiful and perfectly located. We loved the park right next to the condo for my almost 3 year old to enjoy, and the close bus stop made it so easy to get to the ski base. Mike was great to work with and very informative

Great Stay

Our family stayed for a long ski weekend. The condo is brand new, modern and well equipped with everything we needed. The living room and bedrooms were spacious and well kept. Bathrooms were clean and roomy. The locations proximity to restaurants, shops and shuttle to ski mountain was very convenient. The proprietor was responsive and informative, providing a hassle-free experience.

Great location, great stay!

Brand new condo exactly as described in the listing. Great location right by the tubing park and lots of restaurants, very walkable and so much fun if you have little ones! Very convenient to the ski shuttle, the one that stops right below the unit didn’t seem to be running on the weekday we were there (it was every half hr on the weekend), but it’s a 3 minute walk to the shuttle across hwy 40. The owner was very communicative and helpful when we wanted to extend our stay, very easy to work with. Thanks Mike, we hope to stay again!

Beautiful condo in wonderful location

My friends and I had a great time in Michael's condo. It was perfect for a ski trip! There is a shuttle to Winter Park right outside the condo and the main street is super close with lots of options for food to walk to. Everything is brand new and we especially liked the heated floors in the bathrooms. Michael was incredibly responsive and addressed any questions we had.

Great place and great location

We couldn’t be happier with this place. It provided everything we were looking for (and then some). It’s walking distance from anything/everything you need (besides a grocery store - but we knew that). The biggest perks was Hideway Park right across the street where the city had created a small sledding hill, and the Yellow Line stopped right in front of our place to shuttle us to the resort. The inside of the condo is a 3 bedroom spacious place and was plenty of room for 6 people. Also, we used the hot tub frequently, and I’ve never seen a hot tub that big. I would recommend this place, and hope it’s available next time we visit WP.

WP Trip 2/2024

Came out with my son and two of his friends. Had a good time and the Condo is very nice. Plenty of room for us and the kitchen is well stocked although we didn't cook in. The heated bathroom floor in the Master is a nice touch. My only "negative" is the layout of the underground parking. Not sure what the designers of this building were thinking but the parking spaces are WAY to narrow to get your vehicle in the assigned space and then be able to open the door on either side if someone is parked in the space next to you. Basically ends up being first come first served and I had to park outside two nights since someone was parked next to me. But this isn't the Condo itself which was excellent.
