Do not rent this condo. The floors and cabinets are falling apart, there were no blinds in the master bedroom, we never received towels or the fob for the parking garage. Total disappointment!

very disappointed to say the least. drainage on one of the bathrooms not working hair all over the place, sofas looks like they were picked from the garbage, the rag there full of dust - just endless. shouldn't be rented out to people.

For the price and expectation, we were a little disappointed. With lots of home repairs needed (broken floor boards, drains that didn’t drain properly, lack of window coverings in the main bedroom, etc.), the property wasn’t as we would have hoped based on the price and the online ad.We also had to walk by people actively using street drugs beside the entrance on different occasions while we came and went from the building. Wishing the owners the best, and hope this feedback is helpful in making lots of great changes so that they can create a beautiful, functional, safe space for visitors to the Calgary area.

The apartment was beautiful, however some of the lights were not working and some of the doors were not cleaned properly so leaving them open didn’t seem like an option. I also had to ask for the check in instructions several times before they were sent. Overall a nice place to stay however for the price I expected the all the lights to be working and the communication to be a lot better.
