Sometimes the chic area of Chelsea comes with the NY experience as it is/was a commercial/residential hybrid which adds to the ambience.We truly appreciate the feedback as we want to make all our guests happy and comfortable.

Mercedes was a LOVELY guest. We would be happy to host her stay any time. We always try our best to make sure our guests enjoy their stays, and it makes us so happy to read Mercedes' kind words.

We truly enjoyed having her as a guest and we would like to respond to some of her points to clarify. We rented the apartment which is fully furnished providing all utilities and basic wifi in one of the chicest and most in demand neighborhoods in New York, Chelsea. As such, the rents will be higher in the Chelsea neighborhood but actually our rates tend to be lower than others. Time Warner provides monopoly service in the area for internet so the days with no service were not under our control Also, this winter has been balmy and almost summer like. Our computerized heat system responds to the external thermometer to insure that correct heat is provided and not excessive heat. We were not aware of any bath issue, but we will certainly address it now. As to noise, this is NY and the heart of Chelsea in the Flower District. As we do not provide hotel services, we insure that we greet our guests timely. Our guest could have arranged for a later arrival time for an additional fee but chose not to. We are transparent and completely honorable as we have a very high rating both with Homeaway and our other guests. She chose a unit on the top floor to have the skylight and a lower rent, but we can offer units in the same building on a lower floor at the guest's preference. We offer and insure free monthly exterminating as cleanliness is one of our most important aspects of a desirable stay. No one has ever approached our guest in an unprofessional, inappropriate or shady manner. We are a team that insures that we all monitor the unit and each other to provide the highest and most professional service possible.
