Cozy quiet home near many attractions

Thank you for looking at our home!
It is a comfortable 2 bedroom home close to Ice Rinks, colleges, Pittsburgh and many other attractions.
Large finished basement that is empty and could be used for air mattresses or play area for kids. There is a desk and fast wifi for remote working and online meetings or quick steaming. A nice private deck, for some time outside.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig and Mr Coffee, air frier, toaster, crock pot, mixer, full set of pots and pans, dishes and utensils, even spices if you plan to prepare meals.
Each bedroom and livingroom have a TV with cable and Netfix provided.
New listing with many new features, linens/towels, furniture, washer & drier, kitchen appliances and more.

An amazing little getaway townhome meet, tidy the kitchen has everything you could want and more if you’re wanting to cook lots of space different rooms. The hostess was amazing and very accommodating.

Kim is very easy to get a hold of if you have any questions regarding her house. Very clean!! Beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. I would definitely recommend staying at this house.

Had a great stay at this property. Location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet. Bed in master bedroom was super comfortable. Only complaint was the water pressure in shower. We had a great time in Pittsburgh.

Nice location, quiet neighborhood and great communication with the owner. Only drawbacks were the shrub in front of the door slightly blocks the entrance, only one person could get a shower at a time due to water pressure and also there were multiple spiders/bugs, especially on the first floor.

Thanks for the feedback. I do disagree with the negative comments. We have always used showers at the same time and had no issues that required us to limit to one at a time. There is a stink bug or spider once in awhile, but I do believe this is typical of a home in the summer. There is no bug issue here, which is what your review implies. The bush by the door is a matter of preference for size. I don’t feel like it impedes my entrance into the home. Thank you again for your comments, but I do feel the comments are preferential and not issues.

Nearby Softball Tournament

The townhouse was absolutely perfect for us and sure beat staying in a hotel for 5 days for my daughter’s softball tournament in Monroeville. It was spotless and had everything we needed and more.

Grandson’s High School graduation

A Cozy quiet home is exactly what we found. The home has everything we needed for our stay. It’s welcoming from the minute we pulled into the driveway. The rooms are tastefully decorated without being fussy or cluttered. The location was perfect for our visit with our family who live just 5 minutes away. We will definitely book here again the next time we visit. Kim is very easy to work with and responsive to our questions.

Wonderful- would stay again for sure!

I was in town with my mom to visit my daughter at Seton Hill University. This townhouse was exactly what we were looking for and it was just as described in the listing and pictures. It was a 10-15 min drive to the University which was perfect for us (and about 45 mins to Pittsburgh). The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Two large bedrooms were perfect so that my mom and I could have separate sleeping spaces. What a bonus to have 2.5 baths, including the ensuite in the master! Showers were nice with good water pressure :) The closet and drawer space were plentiful as well. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Great to have driveway parking too. The house had the basics for what we needed to cook and clean up afterwards as well. The setup of the house was great, we liked how the owner created the separate desk/office area. We didn't use the deck, but it looked like a quaint area to hang if the weather was warm enough. Furniture and appliances were on the newer side and you could tell the owner was making small updates around the house to make the place feel more updated. Owner was easy to contact, available when needed, and pleasant to work with. Place was priced right as well. Not only would I stay here again, I would recommend this place to friends and family.
