The kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a gas cooktop. The living room comfortably seats 8-10 guests, making it the perfect gathering spot. Also, you'll find a heated full-body massage chair, offering the perfect respite after a day of exploring or activities. The living room is equipped with a 50" wall-mounted TV for entertainment. A half bathroom is conveniently located in the common area for added convenience.

For enhanced comfort, the master bedroom is situated on the main level. This master suite not only offers a luxurious bath with a tub/shower but also features a dedicated workspace. The workspace is equipped with two monitors, providing an ideal setting for those who need to catch up on work or manage tasks while away. Moving upstairs, you'll discover three additional bedrooms, each exuding its distinct charm with a dedicated workspace. An additional hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo ensures convenience for all guests.

Rest assured, all bathrooms come fully stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and a hairdryer. Sheets, towels, starter paper towels, and toilet paper are typically sufficient for a weekend and beyond. The property is further enhanced by a tankless water heater ensuring endless hot water availability. Guests will appreciate the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, complete with detergent, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs with free Disney and Hulu.

Parking is available for 2 cars in the front and additional parking near the mailboxes.

House Rules & Etiquette:
• No Smoking: We have a strict no-smoking policy.
• Guest Limit: Please adhere to the number of guests specified in your booking. Extra charges will apply for additional guests. For example, if you listed 4 guests in your booking, you are only allowed to bring 4 guests as our rate varies based on number of guests. And even though the house is 4 bed/2.5 bath, for 4 guests, you will only have access to 2 bed/2.5 baths.
• Damages & Missing Items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay.
• Use of Amenities: Please keep all amenities within the property. House towels and linens should remain in the house.
• Cleaning: There is no daily cleaning service. Before check-out, please:
o Place all used linens and towels in the laundry basket.
o Keep wet towels in the laundry room—avoid placing them on bathroom mats or beds.
o Dispose of all litter, including cigarette butts, bottles, and cans, in the kitchen garbage can.
o Ensure the property and furnishings are kept in good condition.
• Makeup Removal: Makeup removal wipes are provided in each bathroom. Please use these instead of towels for makeup removal.
• Restricted Areas: Locked rooms or areas are not accessible to guests.
• Liability: The property is privately owned, and the owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items. By booking, guests assume all risks related to their stay.
• Property Care: Maintain the property and its furnishings in good condition throughout your stay.
• Appliance Use: Only use appliances for their intended purposes.
• Air Conditioning: If the air conditioning is running, please ensure all doors and windows remain closed.
• Security & Tidiness: Before departing, please turn off all lights, fans, and appliances, and ensure all doors are securely locked.
• Shoe-Free Zone: To keep the house clean, please remove your shoes when entering. A sitting area and shoe rack are provided at the entrance for your convenience. Kindly refrain from wearing shoes on the carpet.
• Storm Policy: In the event of a tropical storm or tornado, refunds will only be issued if state or local authorities mandate a mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Tornado Warning" area. If a mandatory evacuation order is given, we will refund:
• Any unused portion of rent for guests currently registered.
• Any unused portion of rent for guests scheduled to arrive who opt to shorten their stay and arrive after the warning is lifted.
• Any advance rent collected for guests scheduled to arrive during the warning period.

Guest access:
Guests will be provided with keyless entry and comprehensive check-in instructions.

Other details to note:
There are two entrances to the community. Pictures are attached for both the entrances. Guests are allowed to use the community playground that is fun for kids and families. Also, guests can enjoy the view of the community Lakes. There is one security camera outside on our main entrance of the house. You will be fully responsible for any damaged caused by you during your stay.
