Bedroom features a queen sized bed and a walk in closet with plenty of storage space.
Centrally located, you are just a short drive or bike ride away from Germantown, Manayunk, and Northwest Philadelphia where you will find shops, cafes, and restaurants.
This unit is located on the 2nd floor.

Germantown is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the city but also want a more relaxed and suburban atmosphere. The neighborhood is home to a beautiful park, a variety of shops and restaurants, and a close-knit community.
Guests will have access to all common areas of the building, Including the laundry room, mail room, dog park and outdoor picnic area.
Each bedroom has the following:
- Queen sized bed with nightstands and lamps.
- Designated workspace with desk and chair
- Closet
Kitchen comes equipped with all of the basic tool needed to prepare and enjoy your meals.
Living area with seating area, coffee table and wall mounted TV.
One full bath located just outside the bedroom, with tub and shower, and one sink & vanity.
Germantown is a great place to explore on foot or by bike. There are plenty of sidewalks and bike paths in the neighborhood, and it's a short walk to the Wissahickon Valley Park. If you need to drive, there is free street parking.
Public transportation
There are also a number of public transportation options available in East Falls. The SEPTA East Falls Station is located just a few blocks from the apartment building, and it provides service to Center City Philadelphia and other parts of the city.
