Antiquated Internet

The home is very nice in a great neighborhood. We never receive key instructions from VRBO, which was resolved in a few minutes. Internet only worked average of 4 days out of the 15 we were there. It would work couple of hours then go off, which included the TV’s. Had to make my phone a hot spot to do any work.

Beautiful home in peachtree city

Great neighborhood, awesome house. Host was easy to work with and extremely responsive. Enjoyed the deer every morning. Will definitely stay again

The good, the bad and the ugly.

The good - very clean, super soft sheets, clear ice sphere ice maker, and Charmin toilet paper. The bad - no window coverings in the main areas, which made some rooms uninhabitable during the day and the upper stairway feeling exposed to the world. You must have earplugs as the upstairs heater is so loud, it woke us from sleep everytime it turned on. Others must have had similar issues as we found some used earplugs on the floor just under the bed (maybe pushed under from a vacuum cleaner??). The ugly - when the listing said "no additional guests" I incorrectly assumed that this meant to sleep in the house. After we had checked in, I asked for clarification whether or not my elderly inlaws would be able to visit and open gifts (our stay was over Christmas) and was told absolutely not. The rules say a fee would be charged and our stay terminated, which is when I saw all of the cameras that I assume they watch people with. I should have heeded the one star reviewer who commented on this very issue. Since we were looking for a place to return somewhat regularly given my ailing in-laws, we were very disappointed in this place.

A lovely house in a great location.

We loved our stay, it was beautifully decorated, well equipped and a brilliant location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this home.

House on a hill

Nice location and very clean. Well thought out decor. Enjoyed the porch swing. Would stay here again. Even better would be more hand towels (two per bathroom), hot pads/oven mitts, dish towels (there was one hand towel), and dish scrubbing wand, and facial tissues.

Nice location, but other issues

When we entered the house, it had a very strong fragrances in nearly every room. My husband is allergic to fragrances, so he had some trouble breathing until we could air out the home. The dryer barely worked to the point that we ended up hanging the clothes to dry after 5 hours of trying to dry them in the dryer. The part of the stay that bothered me the most was feeling like I was constanting being watched by the at least 6 cameras on the property. I was contacted within minutes of showing up. I was contacted by the owner again during our visit because they were watching the video and counting the number of people on the front porch. After that, my autistic son and I were not comfortable walking outside more than neccessary, and we ended up leaving a day early because it.

The perfect stay!

We were visiting family in Peachtree and found the most beautiful property. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe and quiet. There is trail access off the street. The kitchen is well appointed for simple meals. I was so pleased and so were my family who joined me for the weekend! The hosts answered questions quickly and there were no surprises. Can’t wait to go back!
