The pool deck boasts ample seating, sunning areas, alfresco dining areas, and furniture for lounging while watching beautiful sunsets over the mangrove preserve.

Perfectly situated to watch passing boaters as they glide by on the canal, this property is near boat rentals, provides dock access for boat rental tie-up, as well as direct access to the open water with no bridges (15 minutes). Pair your invigorating dips with barbecued meals, prepared on the gas grill, and effortless sunbathing sessions on the lanai.

Inside, you can continue to enjoy glimmering views from the comfortable seating in the open living room, and while cooking in the gourmet kitchen. Furnished with high-end appliances and gleaming countertops, the chef of your group will adore the kitchen's fresh/modern ambiance. Thoughtful upgrades include an instant hot water dispenser, filtered water dispenser, induction range, dual ice in the fridge, and a separate bar sink with easy access to the lanai. Share memorable meals at the dining table with seating for up to 10.

The primary suite boasts a large smart TV and a luxury en suite with a double vanity, soaking tub, and an oversized walk-in shower with dual showerheads and a bench. Rest assured that no one's comfort will go unattended as the additional bedrooms also have personal TVs, high-quality linens, and ample natural lighting. Plus, the guest bathroom features a lovely walk-in shower.

Additional interior amenities include a work desk, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning. Extra perks include bicycles, beach chairs, medium and large coolers, and pool floats.

Pool & Spa heat is an additional $32.00 per day upon request ONLY

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
