* A small room has a single cot and bed where one can comfortably sleep and a

and great for families, families with kids, Bachelors, students, working professionals,
married couples, single ladies and girl groups.

Guest access:

Guests have access to everything inside the independent 2nd-floor house which includes:
* 1 Bedroom (spacious) with Sofa & Smart TV
* 1 small bedroom with one single cot and bed and with a dedicated workspace
and 1 Kitchen &
* 1 Washroom
And a small balcony outside.

Other things to note:

* We do not provide a cleaning service during your stay. However, cleaning products are available for your use, so you can maintain a tidy space.

* For longer stays, we offer daily cleaning services that include sweeping, mopping floors and bathroom cleaning at an additional cost of 150 INR per day.

* The main guest is required to sign the check-in document & contract which shall be mailed to you once the booking is confirmed.

* Free street-side parking is available for both two-wheelers and one four-wheeler in front of the house in the street. Please check beforehand in case you are getting a car.
