We're two adventurous kiddos who consider ourselves the typical "weekend warriors." We work all week to enjoy those weekends by getting outside! We love to mountain bike, gravel bike, and road cycling. Eric is a competing Ironman triathlete and Marilyn is always coordinating group lady mountain bike rides. If we aren't riding bikes, we're taking our dogs nearby to Pine Nursery Park, Big Sky Park, or the neighboring BLM lands to exercise our two golden retriever dogs. We also spent many days skiing, camping, and road-tripping around the area enjoying the incredible amenities that Central Oregon has to offer. We could go on about us and what we could recommend therefore please don't hesitate to reach out for ideas on what to do and see during your stay in Bend.

If you're like us and you prefer convenience, you'll understand why we wanted to be tucked into the middle of a quiet but friendly street within the greater Yardley Estates neighborhood.
We're getting the best of both worlds: proximity to both highways and the airport but also a very nice, friendly neighborhood that's easy to walk to other spots. In the mornings we can walk to our favorite coffee shop, Wild Roots, and in the evenings we can walk to 99 Bridges Brewery for a post-hike beer and bite. Secondly, we can walk or ride our bikes to our favorite park (Pine Nursery Park) which includes pickball, a large dog park, and disc golf: Pine Nursery Park.

The neighborhood yards are maintained by our HOA so it is always beautiful. The backyard was updated to turf so our golden retrievers could sunbathe with ease without the high desert dirt and grass itching their bellies.
Secondly, our smart home lighting, climate control, and smart door lock create an easy "plug and play" solution for maintaining the home. Lastly, we take pride in our home in ensuring it's comfy yet also functional. We think you'll LOVE the master bedroom layout, double vanity, separate shower/toilet area as well as the custom walk-in closet.
