What an incredible property! This spacious historic home on Lake Harris exceeded every expectation. The due-east orientation means you're treated to absolutely stunning sunrises over the water – grab your coffee and just soak it in.The house is ideal for big families or group getaways. The large family area with a pool table and pinball machine kept everyone entertained, and there's plenty of room to spread out. Two full kitchens made meal prep a breeze, and practical details were well thought out – powerful water pressure, abundant hot water, and an oversized washer and dryer.The outdoor space is the real showpiece. The modern pool features a waterfall, fountain, and integrated hot tub, all serviced by a powerful gas heater so you can enjoy the spa or pool at whatever temperature you like. Comfortable outdoor seating rounds it out perfectly. There's also dock access on Lake Harris just across the street.Location is quiet but convenient – easy walking distance to a nearby park and less than a mile to Ski Beach Restaurant. The corner lot offers a carport plus a circular driveway, so parking for multiple vehicles is no problem. Nice touch: the fridge is stocked with beer and sodas available for purchase at very reasonable prices.Host was very responsive and helpful.Honestly can't think of anything else a large family could need for a memorable vacation. Highly recommend!
