Amazing Place

Great place!

Our stay was wonderful. Condo was stocked better than any I have stayed. We loved the short walk to beach and restaurants. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Great location! Loved everything about it. Connie was so helpful! Highly recommend this place!

This stay was incredible! Connie was amazing—super communicative, accommodating, and always available if we needed anything. The condo itself was beautiful and honestly even nicer than the photos. It was spotless, well-decorated, and felt like home. I’d definitely go back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Blissful view!

Had a fabulous time in Cowpet Bay! The views are beyond stunning. One of the most spectacular panoramas I've seen. Our host was fantastic. Super accommodating and got back to me instantly. The home is equipped with everything you need and you're just steps from a beautiful, private beach with restaurants and great snorkeling! And then there's the view....unreal!!!

Million Dollar Views & Very peaceful & Quiet

Connie, had the best VRBO I stayed in so far. Her place is well equipped with towels, beach must haves, cookware, convenient washer & dryer, and the extended patio where I ate my breakfast. She is very responsive and the two restaurants are a few steps away and the beach-Linquist is not crowded, and it’s calm enough to snorkel, kayak or paddle board-there is a rental on the beach. I will definitely rent again & send referrals. Ask for Ambassador at Caribbean Fish Market. Enjoy your stay and take a lot of pictures. The memories are priceless.

Great condo with great ocean buew

Connie was immediately responsive to all our questions and requests and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The condo kitchen is very well equipped and the condo has a nice size balcony with a view of St John and Tortola in the distance. There’s a very pleasant beach and pool with an excellent restaurant less than a 5-minute walk from the condo and Sapphire Beach which has a gorgeous view of the surrounding islands is about a 10-minute drive. The condo was comfortable for four adults. The landscaping in the condo complex is beautiful and very well maintained. While the furniture was serviceable it could have been more comfortable. Otherwise everything was superb. Thank you Connie!

Fantastic location!!

The location in Cowpet Bay West was fantastic. An uncrowded beach down the hill with free chairs and shade, tons of beaches a short drive away with little traffic, and the ferry to St. John a few minutes away. The breeze on the balcony is great at the view is stunning. We snorkeled on Cowpet bay a couple times and saw a turtle, a ray, many fish, and a 5 ft. barracuda (they don't hurt people)!! The owner was quick to respond to emails and was a pleasure to work with. I do like pointing out negatives so future renters have a clear picture. It is a climb to return to the condo from the beach. If you are in able bodied (i.e. take walks, etc.) it isn't a problem. And the benefit is the breeze is soo nice on the balcony. The water pressure is pretty low. However, we learned this is common in St. Thomas because all the water on the island is stored rainwater so it is like this everywhere. The beds and living room furniture are not that comfortable (beds were very firm and so were the sofa and chairs). So as a family of 4 we kept moving furniture so everyone could have a comfortable seat when we took a break watching a movie. We made it work, but maybe a few mattress toppers and better living room furniture could improve the rental.

Awesome accommodations and wonderful host!

This property is in a great location. Awesome beach, with some great snorkeling. There is a nice little beach bar within walk distance and an upscale restaurant as well. Perfect spot!

Exceeded my expectations

The condo was larger than I realized, conveniently close to the beach at Cowpet Bay, which was a decent place to snorkel, if you stayed to the left. I liked how close it was to Redhook. Other beaches & the ferry to St John’s was also nearby. Great location

We rented this condo for a week. It was super clean and spacious, with a full kitchen, two en suite bedrooms and two balconies. We would definitely rent again!

Bigger Than Expected

Location was hard for us to find, but once found, it was beautiful. Note: there are a set of about 8 steps going down, then 8 steps going up to the unit. When we walked in, it was much bigger than I pictured. Nice, big entryway, lovely kitchen in front, with large guest room to the left. Walk through second door in guest room to enter hallway for access to guest bathroom. Be sure to turn on ceiling fan in bathroom to get some circulation going. No window in bathrooms, so it can be rather stuffy. Walk-in shower was modern and very roomy. Lots of counter space in bathroom. Artwork in hallway is … up to your interpretation. Nice little dining area, comfortable living room with sliders to balcony. Master bedroom to left of living room with separate sliding glass doors to balcony. Views from balcony were beautiful with pictures posted on vrbo accurate. A/C worked very well, thank goodness! Stacked washer/dryer was very handy. Obviously smaller capacity than your normal full size washer, but worked well. Thanks for having detergent available! I like a firm bed, and guest room twin beds were comfortable. The couple staying with us said the bed in the master suite was fine. The only (very minor!) thing about this lovely condo is that there was no hair dryer available. At least we couldn’t find one. The beach below the condo is accessed by paved walkways (maybe 100 ft?) from the unit, then down 25 steps or so, then down a slanted, paved driveway/walkway to the grass, then lovely beach. Plenty of lounge chairs available for use. (They are free of charge at this beach.) The swimming area is sectioned off with buoys. There are some rocks, so if your feet are sensitive, just wear swim socks. Connie’s rental is nice and homey, and if we ever go back to St. Thomas, we would stay here again.

LOCATION, UNIT, VIEW, CONNIE - ALL AMAZING!

We had the absolute best time at Connie's place during our first trip to St Thomas! The location can't be beat. Walk down some stairs to the beach, 5 min taxi to Redhook, 10 min taxi to Coki beach. The unit itself was perfect and you cannot beat the view from the patio. And Connie is absolutely amazing! She was very attentive and answered all our questions. We cannot wait to come back soon :)

St Thomas beautiful condo.

Beautiful condo, close to Red Hook, & restaurants. Unit is just steps away from the beach. Super clean and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable, and the view from the porch is the best place to drink coffee in the morning! Will definitely come back to this condo!!

PERFECT location and get away!

The location was PERFECT. Your a short cab/safari ride away from all the best beaches (including the one at your doorstep!). Super close to Red Hook, if the roads had sidewalks you could walk to Red Hook. but its super easy to wait for a taxi/safari at the gate/road as they come by, or theres a hotel right next door that also makes it convenient to get a cab. There were 3 of us total, my mom, my best friend and myself (girls trip) and we were all very comfortable from Connies place. My friend had to work for part of the time but the wifi worked great. Very easy to find on check-in, everyone knows where Cowpet is, no confusion. Connies place was nice and clean and had every amenity you need for a comfortable stay. Cant recommend her place enough!! It was perfect!!

Perfect Location! Wonderful Place to Stay!

My husband and I, along with our college-aged daughter and niece, stayed at Connie's condo for 10 days. We were everywhere on the island during our vacation and each day, we commented how Cowpet Bay was the perfect location. The bay is beautiful, the 1 minute walk to the beach is easy (you do have to be able to go up and down quite a few stairs) and the 5 minute drive to Red Hook, with its nice variety of restaurants, bars, grocery stores (go to Moe's - they have everything you may need), and easy access to the St. John Ferry, was great. Also it is not a very far drive to 2 of STT most popular beaches, Sapphire and Magen's Bay. The condo is very clean, comfortable and well-appointed, and literally has everything you might need. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. Spent most of our time at the condo sitting on the large balcony enjoying the view of the bay and all the ships. The condo development does not have a pool but we truly did not miss having one at all - not with the beach a minute down the hill. Plenty of chairs on the beach, too - never a problem to get one. There are also 2 restaurants on the beach, as well as a small water sports concession (can rent snorkels, etc.). Highly recommend this condo and we would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Connie!

Cozy & Private Slice of Paradise

This is the second year I've gone down at stayed at Connie's place for Easter - and it's wonderful! The condo is spacious with plenty of room for 4. Views are spectacular and ocean breezes are lovely. The beach is also top-notch for STT! Highly recommend this condo - great owner / property manager and if there are any issues while in the islands, she has a wonderful lady named Patsy who can help!

Beautiful views, beautiful breezes, great beach access

This Cowpet Bay condo exceeded our expectations - the views were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed and more. Perfect for our family of four to settle in to as our "home away from home" while we enjoyed swimming at the private beach, sitting under the palm trees, and eating lunch at the beach-side restaurant. Even the little things were there -- for example, I forgot to pack a cooler and a deck of cards - both were there for our use. Great access to Red Hook, Sapphire Beach, and Coki Beach/Coral World, yet tucked away in a secure, private area when we wanted a "down day." We hated to leave and hope to return again soon!

Great condo, beautiful view

My wife and I had a really nice stay at this condo. We normally stay in hotels, but really enjoyed the condo. It is spacious, has a great balcony overlooking the bay, and is very clean and comfortable. We had a car which made our stay much easier. St John is really great, and it is great that the condo is so close to the ferry. would definitely recommend this condo. One thing to watch out for: there is no internet in the apartment. thanks Paul & Ashley

Great Condo & Location, St Thomas East end, 5 min drive to Red Hook. 2 min walk down the hill to the beach, two great restaurants right on the beach don't even need a car can use taxis to & from the airport and town. Great views from the Condo. Big Condo, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equiped. Can't miss place.

Great place to stay

My husband and I, our daughter and granddaughter stayed here for 8 days over Christmas. It was perfect for the four of us. We had Christmas breakfast on the balcony watching the boats in the bay. The condo has great ambience. It was like staying in someone's nicely appointed home. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen nicely equipped. We liked the location near Red Hook. It was convenient to the ferry for island hopping, and the condo development sits on a nice beach, with a couple of restaurants right on the beach. It was hard to find - I didn't get specific driving directions first, and most roads are unmarked. There was a problem with the hot water heater the night we arrived, and Connie had Patsy and Mutuba working on it right away. It was replaced the next day. Patsy dropped by to check on things several times, and led us to the grocery store the day after we got there. She really went out of her way to make sure things were right and we were happy. You will need a car here, and a 4 wheel drive is probably the best way to go. We didn't have one and kept bumping the front end on steep entries into stores, etc. We highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Grew up vacationing in St Thomas so great familiarity with the area. Currently residing with husband, 18 year old son and 2 cattle dogs in Pittsburgh but love to return to the Caribbean as much as possible.

My parents vacationed on St Thomas. Loved it and eventually bought at Cowpet Bay. Cowpet is on a lovely part of the island- next to the Ritz Carltonand minutes from the town of Red Hook where there are restaurants, shopping and the ferries to St John and British Virgin Islands.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Relaxing on the veranda is a favorite. Watching activity at the St Thomas Yacht Club. Watching the sun rise or the moon shining over the bay. It's all about the view- binoculars incuded! The ultimate R'n R!
