Your stay at Sedona Bliss will be exactly that in our private 3850 square foot estate on a single level that was curated in Modern Cowboy décor. The property is nestled on one acre, surrounded by forest land, yet located just a few minutes from world-class hiking, trail riding, vineyards and all the other activities offered in the area.

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Respect for our neighbors and neighborhood are the most important thing to us. Do not book this house if you plan to be loud and disrupt our neighbors.

The location of the property is ideal in that it is less than 5 minutes to West Sedona or 12 minutes to downtown Sedona, but away from the hustle and bustle and traffic of the city. It is on the road to Red Rock State Park (2 miles) and close to Cresent Moon Recreation area. Oak Creek Homestead OHV trail is less than .5 miles from the property. The property is also close to the booming Verde Valley Wine Trail and historic Jerome and Cottonwood. Wake up in the morning to see hot air balloons overhead!

Welcome to Sedona Bliss, one of Sedona’s most stunning and luxurious VRBO properties. This extraordinary estate can sleep up to 16 people and is ideal for a family vacation or couples traveling together looking for a memorable getaway.

The Rooms

KITCHEN & DINING
Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by the open concept kitchen, which features granite countertops and Jeannair custom built-in appliances. There is a separate Pantry between the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is a true chef’s dream. Simply put, this kitchen will make you say “WOW!”

Your group will love cooking and enjoying incredible meals in this fabulous kitchen. Or, let someone else do the cooking. We can provide recommendations for a private Chef that you will enjoy while unwinding. The kitchen is equipped with 3 ovens, 6 burner gas cooktop, and built in griddle.

Living Room
The living room is thoughtfully laid out with enough seating for 8. There is a 65” smart tv for your enjoyment. Ambiance is provided by a gas fireplace.

Pool Room
Next to the living room is a pool table for your group to get their competitive juices flowing.

Bar
Between the Living Room and Kitchen is a bar. The bar is stocked with wine and champagne glasses. It features a 12-bottle wine refrigerator.

Each bedroom has been decorated with unique Modern Cowboy décor.

Bedroom 1 (King Primary): This bedroom is located on the north end of the house with an ensuite private spa-like bathroom and two large walk-in closets. From the moment you walk in, this room will embrace you with a feeling of tranquility and sanctuary - a private oasis for you to rest and relax.

Gaze out the window at the beautiful back yard or enjoy your favorite TV show on the 55” private smart TV. A gas fireplace enhances the ambiance of the room while creating warm comfort.

The Primary Bathroom is outfitted with luxurious, spa-like finishes from high quality granite to a luxurious walk-in shower. The Bain Ultra jacuzzi tub offers a relaxing soak after your day of activities. The master shower is amazing, with room for 10! It has multiple shower heads including a raintree shower. There are his/hers separate vanities. The lady’s vanity has a makeup area and mirror to get ready for the day. There are his/her closets that are between the bedroom and living room that we have stocked with items needed to support a young family during their stay, including multiple pack and plays, highchairs and other items.

Bedrooms 2 – 4 are located on the south side of the house. Two of the bedrooms have king mattresses, while the smaller bedroom has a queen. Each has built-in closets and storage drawers to use during your stay. All three have wall hanging televisions – with two them being 43” smart TVs. These rooms are close to the hall bath, which has two sinks and a shower

Bedroom 5: Is located to the right of the main entrance. The room features two queen beds that are side by side. It also has a queen murphy bed which can be folded up during the day to create more room. This room has a unique space that we have converted into a children’s play area. We have a tent and a number of other items, including a 14 game PacMan game set. This will keep the children entertained for hours.

In addition to the 3 king beds and 4 queen beds, we have a high-quality blow-up mattress allowing the home to sleep 16.

Patio/Outdoors
The living space opens to a huge, covered patio that extends the entire length of the house. We have installed a new 7-person hot tub on the north end of the patio. There are many different options for seating on the patio, including a conversation seating area and a table and chairs to enjoy an outdoor meal, or card game. We have a foosball table, cornhole and a grill for your entertaining pleasure.

Security Camera:
This property has a front doorbell security camera, garage camera, and exterior perimeter camera. There is a noise monitor in the backyard. These devices are always active.

The home features a 3-car garage with a universal charging port for electric cars. The wrap around drive and spacious driveway allows parking for multiple vehicles, or even an RV.

The entire house is supported by the most reliable and fast wi-fi available – StarLink. We have a 3-unit Eero Mesh System to extend the wi-fi throughout the house. In addition, we installed a network extender to enhance cellular service in the area.

This house is truly spectacular, but it doesn’t stop on the inside. You are also just minutes from Sedona’s most popular trailheads, fun activities, jeep tours, hot air ballooning, local spas, shopping and top-rated restaurants.
