Beautiful house that can accommodate 10 adults comfortably. If you like fluffy pillows bring your own along with warm blankets. One skinny thin blanket per bed is provided. It was a cold raining weekend so the heat was on to keep warm.

Perfect place for ski trip with a big group!

The house was spacious and had the perfect amount of amenities for both adults and children. Location was incredibly close to Camelback mountain. Would absolutely come back and 100% recommend!

We had a great time at the Camelback Ski House. There were 12 of us - 8 adults and 4 children ranging in ages from 9 to 14. The house was perfect for our group. The owners were very responsive. The only issue was that the pool was not open. We were not advised of this ahead of time. I found out about it from reading a review the day before we were going. I contacted the owners and they offered alternatives for the pool, which was very nice. I just felt that they should have let us know themselves instead of me questioning them. I would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to my friends.

Great location

The house was located perfectly for skiing at camelback. We drove it was a 3 min. ride. The house was beautiful and was perfect for our group. I had a bunch of teens so they were able to take the 3 bedrooms downstairs and have the game room and TV for themselves. Adults were two floors up so it helped with the noise control.

Great house, but no pool this summer

The house was great, pretty much as shown in the photos. But I booked the house with a pool so we could have some easy mornings with adults at poolside while the children played in the water. So I was shocked on arrival to see a big hole where the community pool was supposed to be; we were not alerted that the pool would be under renovation. The owners did what they could to compensate--including access to a nearby indoor pool, which we tried once. The owners were very responsive, but I am still disappointed that they didn't alert about the pool in advance. I thought I was booking a house with a pool. We ended up benefitting from the many available activities in the area--and spending more money on outside fun than I thought would be necessary.

A Memorable Trip

The pictures of this property were 100% accurate. The house was beautiful. We had a range of people from age 9 to 53. There was something for everyone to do. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back again.

Wonderful house

House was very large and accommodated our 4 couples nicely. Had pool table, & shuffle board tables which were entertaining. Everything was as advertised. Only small complaint—bring an extra blanket as the ones provided are a little thin. Definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving in the Poconos

We had the greatest stay in the Poconos. The home was large and clean. Our multi-generational family of 12 wanted to spend Thanksgiving away together, and this was the perfect home. The large table fit all of us. There was plenty of plates, silverware, and serving utensils. The kids loved the pool table and shuffle board table. We had a great view of Camelback Mountain out the living room windows. The owner was quick to respond and was very helpful. A trip to remember!

Our two families recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at this spacious and updated home in the Poconos, perfectly situated near Camelback Resort. With ample room for 4 adults and 8 teenagers, the house provided a comfortable and entertaining environment for everyone.The home was nicely decorated and offered great amenities like a pool table and hot tub, which were a huge hit with the kids (and adults!). The updated kitchen and spacious common areas allowed for both group activities and individual downtime. The proximity to Camelback Resort provided convenient access to the water park and other outside activities.Overall, we highly recommend this rental for large groups or families seeking a fun and convenient getaway in the Poconos.

Memorable Stay

This is a brand new house and we searched a number of properties. The host were easy to communicate and response was on point. I have my elderly parents stay on ground floor. TV were smart which is important for screen mirror. Nice neighborhood and close to casino which we went there 2 nights . its hard to please 11 adults but we were happy. We may have left an tem and they are looking into it . wow what a great response.

Unforgettable Stay in the Poconos

I booked this property for a Bachelor Party of 14 people, and it could not have gone any better. The check-in process was a breeze, and the hosts were extremely responsive in answering any questions I had. The home is located in a secluded community right next to Camelback, which allowed for a much more private experience. However, it is close enough to major stores to restock on anything you may need, and was centralized to all the activities that we did in the Poconos. The home is beautifully decorated and full of modern amenities that we all used. Everyone could not stop raving at how awesome the home was during the trip. Once the weekend was over the cleanup and checkout were easy. The HOA security guard was extremely helpful with using the trash compactor and could not have been a nicer person. All in all the weekend was full of unforgettable experiences and this property could not have been more perfect. I understand this home is part of the Pocono Lodge Rentals group. Since we had such a great time in the summer, we'll be looking to return in the winter for a nice ski trip. There are an assortment of individual properties that can fit any group or need you may have, and I have no doubt they are all fantastic. If your looking for a place to stay in the Poconos, this is the place to be. Thank you again to our hosts for letting us stay in this incredible home.

Beyond Perfect!

The house had everything. Beautifully and simply decorated. The house was well appointed with everything we needed. I was a little intimidated by the Hibachi style grill, but cooked 12 people breakfast with no issues. Having two refrigerators was a blessing we didn't realize we needed until we got there.We celebrated Christmas with the kids and the dining table was perfect for games and having everyone together. There were plenty of extra tables available as well, but I didn't locate them till it was time to go.Mom and Dad had private quarters on the main floor, separate from the kiddo's - having them above and below. Everyone had room to spread out and having all the space was awesome. Great views of the slopes, and we got to see deer walking the dog, and on several drives in the area.Dining and stores close by.Overall one of my favorite properties that we've stayed in.The hosts were helpful at every turn and quickly communicated throughout the whole stay.

Many good things about this house, and a few significant negatives as well. Positives: Plenty of room to spread out for our crew, very nice accommodations, comfortable beds, large kitchen with lots of cups, plates & bowls, and utensils. AC and heating were good once we figured it all out. The hot tub and sauna were both in excellent condition and all were pleased. Game room area was excellent. Everyone took pictures with the living room bear, which was a huge hit. The Camelback area was lovely and all appreciated the shopping situation.Negatives: In the kitchen, there were no small glasses, such as for wine or juice. We ended up using plastic throwaway cups. No extra towels or blankets in the kitchen, bathrooms or bedrooms. No bathmats or non-skid shower mats.Our biggest beef by far was that the pool was closed and under construction. The ad indicated (somewhere) that the pool was available when opened. One would assume that maybe there were some hours or days that it was unavailable. However, The pool was totally under construction and was nowhere near completion. It looks like it will be magnificent once it's finished, but that appears months away. A pool has always been a major factor in our decision, so this was a big deal. The host graciously arranged for us to use a neighboring indoor pool for one day of our stay, but the pool was old and tired, and not well taken care of. The ad should have stated this situation directly.

Amazing stay at Camelback Ski House!

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this property in the middle of ski season. We were a total of 13 people spread across 3 families (5 adults, 8 kids ranging from 10-15), and 1 dog. The house is brand new and literally a 1 minute drive away from Camelback. Honestly, I don't think the pictures do it justice in terms of how nice it is. The rooms are well-decorated and the kitchen is very well stocked with nice sets of dishware and glasses and plenty of cooking appliances, and it has a massive hibachi which comes in handy when cooking for a large group. It also has two full-size refrigerators which is a nice touch.There is a great view of the ski mountain from the back of the house, and it is particularly nice at night when the lights are on. There's also a hot tub out back, which was a big hit with our group. Downstairs, there is a large game room with pool table, shuffleboard, some other large games like Connect Four, and a massive television.Two other things to note about the house: 1) it is spacious with rooms spread across three levels and 2) it is surprisingly well-insulated for a ski house. The last thing I'll mention is how responsive the owner John was. We were messaging him through the VRBO app before our stay and then texting him directly during our stay, and we did not have to wait long to hear back. We also found him to be very accommodating. If you're looking for a nice getaway to the Poconos, I would strongly recommend this house.
