Incredible views of Lake Superior, Canal Park, and the Aerial Lift Bridge. 4 bedroom/3 bath, fully furnished penthouse with parking ramp directly across the street. The Borealis House (formerly known as Blacklist Suites) is located on Superior St. in Downtown Duluth with a pedestrian bridge path and garden directly behind the building connecting you to Canal Park and the Duluth Lake Walk.

This open and accommodating penthouse with a rooftop deck and four season room overlooks Lake Superior and Canal Park. The roof top deck provides a great space to enjoy a sunny Duluth day and your favorite beverage. The condo has been completely redone (2019) and all furnishings and appliances are brand new. This unit is 100% dedicated to VRBO stays so you never have the feel that you're staying in someone else's home. This is a top floor unit and has a private and secure elevator to the suite. Two rooms have King beds, one room has a queen bed, and one bedroom has a twin bed and full bed. (No bunks!)

We had fun watching barges coming in and out of the harbor, but more than that we enjoyed the space to get together and enjoy the company. Loved the fireplace.

Excellent property! Spacious with everything you need. We loved the location as it was walkable to many of the things we wanted to do. The property also comes with two parking passes for the lot next door that made it easy for us to come and go. Highly recommend!

Great location/host

We had a great stay at this property - check-in process was straightforward, and the interior was true to the photos. There was plenty of space to host the whole family. We loved our private patio on top with a great view of the lake, the great bakery on the first floor (and coffee shop across the street), and the property’s proximity to Canal Park.

Nationals dance week

Overall a really good experience! Unexpected AC issue however the property manager was very responsive. Space was very accommodating to the 8 of us and gave easy access to the pier and social locations around town. I would recommend to others.

Amazing stay in heart of Duluth

This place was amazing. Stayed here for grandmas weekend. The best part was waking up to the amazing aromas of Duluth’s Best bread every morning. Very spacious. Easy to walk to everywhere. Beautiful views.

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and wanted a place that multiple family members could stay together and where we could host a dinner for our soon to be son in law and his family. This place checked all those boxes and exceeded our expectations. Absolutely stunning place, clean and very spacious. The host was very responsive to messages as well. Central location and beautiful property

This property is absolutely beautiful. The communication was detailed and timely including an after hour check in process and parking instructions. The location allowed us to walk to some delicious restaurants and bars as well as had amazing views while spending time in the property. It was well stocked with dishes and the coffee/tea bar had a lot of variety. The property pictures represented the atmosphere and the furniture was in great condition and comfortable. A wonderful stay and we have all saved this location for future trips to the area.

Housing fantastic, parking not so much

We absolutely loved the facility. They thought of everything that you might need. The parking was a little sketchy as one of our people were handicapped. Also unloading our belongings was very creative.

Beautiful property! Great location!

We had a great time. Location was perfect for us. Walking distance to canal park. Coffee shop/ bakery in the building. Close to the north shore and the west Duluth night life.

Everything we wanted and needed

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was a gorgeous flat and the host thought of every thing, even down to the toliet paper! No single ply here! ! We will definitely stay here again. All the comforts of home and better.

Great family holiday

We spent Christmas at this Condo and had a great holiday. The condo has charming bedrooms and great spaces for spending time together. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. We loved the sunroom at the top of the stairs with an amazing view of the city and Lake Superior! The host had great communication throughout, and check in/out was a breeze. Our visit to this condo will be a great family memory!

Stunning!

This property is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. You can see the lake from the main floor and the upstairs balcony had an excellent view! This property is above a bakery, so you will smell baked goods 24/7. The property is super spacious and had all the conveniences of home, including fans and sound machines in the bedrooms.

Spacious, beautiful condo in excellent location

You can tell from the photos in the listing that this is a great condo. I can say that this place is even better in person. First, it’s huge. Along with 3 bed 3 bath, there are two living rooms, a large dining area, gorgeous kitchen, and a cozy room at the top of the building with amazing views! The beds are comfortable. The location is fantastic. If you stay there, don’t miss out on Duluth Coffee Company across the street. Highly recommend. One small issue is that we did get some noise in the night that seemed to be coming from the roof. It was mostly in just one bedroom. So you might take ear plugs.

Wonderful stay!

I stayed at this spacious condo with four friends. From check in to check out, everything was perfect! Alicia was helpful and responded quickly. The space was clean, comfortable and furnished with everything a traveler needs. Easy access to shops, restaurants and the boardwalk! I will definitely be staying again!
