This 3-story house is centrally located, yet stands in a quiet and very safe residential neighborhood. House is kept warm with a heater during winter, and cool with ACs in summer.

Our garage can accommodate a small sedan. For bigger vehicles, multiple paid parking is available around the block within minutes of walking distance.

[4 pm Check-in]
Check-in time is 4 pm. You are welcome to drop off your luggage for no extra charge after 12 pm. Please message to coordinate.

[How to Check-in]
Please complete the check-in procedure on the device located at the entrance of our unit. The instructions will be sent to you via email after your reservation is completed.

[No shoes in the house]
Please remove your shoes upon entering the house.

[No Smoking]
No smoking is allowed, inside or outside of the premises. A smoking fine of ¥100,000 will be collected for any violation.

[Garbage]
If the trash bins get full during your stay, please tie the bag and leave them inside the garage. Please do not discard them outside of the premises. Extra trash bags are provided in the kitchen.

[Quiet Hours]
Our quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. Please be considerate of our elderly neighbors.

[Turn off ACs]
Please turn off the ACs every time you leave the house.
