Location, Location, Location. Amenities, Amenities, Amenities. Your family will love all this huge 7 bedroom chalet has to offer. Warning, your group may never want to leave the cabin - but if you do you are just 5 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg so you have easy access to all the fun.

Enjoy the outside on your huge patio and covered deck with outdoor private pool and hot tub. Inside gather in the great room while the kids play in the game room with pool table, arcade and foosball - or watch a movie in your private home theater room. The kids will love the bunk room with 2 queen over queen bunks (sleeps up to 8 kids). Huge kitchen and plenty of seating for your party of up to 20 guests.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Awesome place for family to spend some quality time together!

Our family ranges from almost 4 months old to 91 years old! Everyone had a wonderful time and absolutely loved the house! We will definitely want to stay here the next time we visit! Favorites were the private pool and hot tub, the movie area and all the game tables! I personally liked the property manager's attention to small details were encountered. Very well managed.

Not worth the cost.

Pool and patio dirty. Centipedes in bunk bed room in basement. They sprayed but we cleaned them up

Property was nice but needed the pool cleaned more than once. Kitchen for 20 people was bare necessities for cooking.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in need of updates for it to be a 5 star experience. The washer and dryer need to be replaced. The pool needs to be better maintained-- too many things floating around. The electric plugs in the kitchen were not all functional and feeding our group was hindered. Some of the mattresses also need to be replaced for comfort.

Never Again

Reviewer Comments: This was not my first time staying at an Elk Springs property but my first time was on the main property. Not sure if that makes the difference, but my first experience was pretty good. I cannot say the same for this stay. I booked this stay for my family and I because I was the only one who had been to Gatlinburg and I was embarrassed for booking this cabin. It was 15 of us total and the cabin is supposed to sleep 20. The hot water was gone after about 5 of us took showers, so most of us took cold showers the whole stay in order for everyone to be ready at the same time. The basement reeked of dogs and was filled with spiders near the area where my nieces and nephews were to sleep. We had to buy spray for the spiders because there were so many. The place was tidy but not cleanly. The Wi-Fi kept freezing as if it was not meant for 15 plus devices to be connected to it. We bought ribs and other food to bbq. The grill was filthy. We had issues with the propane tank. Maintenance came out and insisted the tank was full. When we got the grill fired up, it went out before the 60 minute timer and was completely empty. We had to finish our ribs and chicken in the oven which took a while. Appetites were ruined by the time they finished. The pool was also filthy so we didn’t even use it. All in all, it was nice to be together but I would never stay in this cabin again. We were all kind of upset we spent money on a place we were uncomfortable at. I hope that the owners can do better for the next group that decides to stay there.

Would not stay here again at all

Washing machine did not work - never got fixed over a weeklong stay. There was a months’ long major leak in the ping pong/game room that’s never been addressed and left large amounts of standing water the entire time. It’s in a convenient place and is very roomy, but it in awful, beat up shape. The photos create a much better perception of the state of the place than is reality. Definitely not worth the price tag given the above.
