The place was extremely clean. The beds are so comfortable. It was stocked with anything you could need. If you need a place to stay in the area this is it. You will not be disappointed. It is well lit and a very safe neighborhood. The check in and check out process was seamless. If we’re ever back in the area we will definitely stay there again.

Nice apartment, although the shower is somewhat small. Renters should be aware that parking is on the street, but neighborhood is quiet. Overall good place to stay.

Clean and convenient location

For a new listing it was fairly well stocked with dishware, and the owners were very responsive to any questions and requests. We had a family of 5 and fit well with included pack and play, and the common areas were large enough to accommodate additional family visiting. The two AC units made the climate comfortable. Note there is only one shower to share.

Awesome lower level unit in quiet neighborhood

The unit is way better than the photos. Spacious, clean, and smells nice and fresh when you walk in.Private back entrance to a "mother-in-law" type apartment in the lower level of a wonderful home. Back yard is private and beautiful, with places to sit and enjoy nature (when not too hot outside).Host was fantastic, quick to respond, and made the stay effortless.Parking is easy on the street in a totally safe, friendly neighborhood.When coming back to Winston Salem, we will book again for sure!

The basement apartment was beautiful. I think I just missed that it was at someone’s home and they would be on the premises. Although it was perfectly fine. They were very responsive to our request.

Amazing

We came to town to visit my adult daughter who had just became engaged. The property is perfect. Beds were comfortable. The master bed was so comfortable that I want to buy the same mattress for my home and I already ordered the same pillows. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, including a large air fryer and pressure cooker. Plenty of dishes. Living area couches were comfy and my 19 yr old son loved the recliner. If you are contemplating a trip to the Winston-Salem area, this property is the one to go with.
