This is unit 1 in a 4-unit apartment building. Originally, built in the mid 1800's. It is located at the middle of a very small farm town in Magnolia, IL.
This is an ideal location for traveling professionals, as it's in the middle of windmill and solar farms, and near multiple hospitals. Magnolia is a quiet little town near popular hiking spots like Starved Rock and Matthesson State Park.
Come to the country and enjoy a peaceful rest in Magnolia.
You will enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the kitchen and living room.

This is an ideal location for traveling professionals, as it's in the middle of windmill and solar farms, and near multiple hospitals. Magnolia is a quiet little town near popular hiking spots like Starved Rock and Matthesson State Park.
Free parking on the street just in front of the building as well as on the side of the building.
Next door is LJ's Cafe (delicious food). They have great breakfasts, lunches, and dinners! The Post Office is just a block away.
You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Please do not track in snow, mud, dirt or other substances. The guest is responsible for extra cleaning or replacement costs if the flooring is stained, damaged or ruined.
Self-check-in with lock box.
At the end of your stay:
1) Please put used towels in the laundry basket in the bathroom.
2) Please remove the bed linens and put into the laundry basket in the bathroom.
3) Please turn off the lights
4) Please turn off the air conditioning units (if they have been used)
5) Please put the heating on 70 degrees Fahrenheit (if the heat has been used)
6) Please make sure all windows are closed and locked
7) Please make sure the door to your unit is closed and locked
8) Please leave the air conditioning on 70 (if it has been used)
