This family-friendly home away from home enjoys an unbeatable location across the street from the beach and is close to amazing local restaurants and must-visit attractions, including Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Timberview Destin Helicopters, The Track - Destin, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, Destin Parasailing, Xtreme H20, Henderson Beach State Park, and Gator Beach - The World's Greatest Alligator Park.

When you enter this two-story beach charmer, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan with tiled floors throughout. The living room boasts comfortable sofas in front of a large TV with Roku to keep you all entertained during your stay. This is a wonderful spot to spread out comfortably after a refreshing splash in the community outdoor pool. The adjoining open kitchen is appointed with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Put on the chef's apron and surprise everyone with delicious homemade meals. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate both Keurig and drip coffee makers available. The living area opens onto an enclosed back patio with a gas grill and an outdoor dining area.

Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a desk on the main floor and three bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and the primary suite also enjoys an en suite bath. Additional perks include a washer/dryer on the second floor.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
