We kindly ask you to ensure the safety of your personal belongings during your stay, as the company cannot be held liable for any loss or damage.
Occasional power disruptions might happen by the central electricity board which is beyond our control & we do not provide any gensets in the villa during that time.
No unwanted rules, yet something which we expect you to cooperate with us.

• Accidents do happen, in case anything breaks request to report to our staff.
• Quiet- 09:00 pm to 06:00 am with respect to neighbors
• No Drugs (crime in Indonesia) for your own safety.
• For any long term reservations >= 10 nights the House keeping policy is different.
• For any reservation >= 2 weeks a 10% refundable security deposit will be kept on or before check in & for reservations >27 days the electricity cost will be additional.
• Smoking is only allowed outside
• There will be additional charge for Early check in & late checkout and subject to availability.
