The Denver lightrail station is within walking distance from the house, but car transportation is easiest for your stay.
A separate lease agreement must be signed for bookings longer than 30 days. This lease agreement can be provided after details of the visit have been shared with the host.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located at the front door.

Any smoking on the property at all - inside or outside - will incur a $1000 smoking fine for cleaning costs and revenue loss.
