Charming Apartment in Historic Grant Park Home

Stay in the heart of historic Grant Park - one of the oldest neighborhoods in Atlanta! This newly renovated, light-filled basement apartment is well equipped with kitchen, work space, patio, and washer/dryer.

We are walking distance to Grant Park, the Beltline, Zoo Atlanta, Summerhill, and so many other attractions. We are close to lots of amazing restaurants and breweries, less than a 10 minute drive to Downtown and Midtown, and a 15 minute drive from Hartsfield Jackson Airport.

The apartment is located in the basement of the house, and has its own separate, private entrance (not accessible to/from the main floor of the house).

It's fully equipped with a well-stocked kitchen (including coffee maker), dedicated working space (desk & chair in bedroom), comfortable couch (including TV with Fire Stick), small dining area, queen-sized bed, full bathroom, washer/dryer in the unit, and private outdoor patio.

Guest access:
Guests have the entire apartment suite to themselves, including a private outdoor area with patio. There's plenty of free street parking all around the house, and typically several spots right in front.

Other things to note:
We'll be available if you need anything during your stay, but no direct contact is required for checking in/out.
