The property is perfect for a group! We really enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces and amenities. The host was really attentive and super easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this spot if you are traveling to Tampa with friends.

Great stay!

This property is exactly as advertised. It’s spacious, clean, and the host is super responsive. It has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 7 beds, and 2 couches. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and has a lot of newer homes on the block. Though it’s not walking distance to anything, the property is a 10-15 minute ride to most areas in Tampa, including the airport, casino, and Ybor. My group couldn’t stop raving about how awesome this place was and I would definitely stay here again.

Golf Weekend

We (four adult guys age 50+) stayed for 2 nights for a golf weekend in Tampa. Convenient locating to golf, restaurants and airport. House was great - recently updated. Indoor and outdoor areas were great. Will stay again on next trip to Tampa!

Amazing Property!

Incredible experience with friends over the weekend. The backyard feels like you stepped out of the city and into a tropical getaway. Very close to the popular Armature Works and the Tampa River Walk. Very clean, easy check in process.

Don’t let the outside fool you! Pulling up to the property to see it one might believe it is small, once inside the gate you have entered an outdoor oasis! Outdoor seating, pool, yard, grill, pizza oven, table and chairs, lounge chairs, swinging lounge bed … endless areas to relax and recharge. 2 buildings, which one to enter first? We chose the left where there is a full size fridge, stovetop, washer and dryer then bedroom with 2 twin beds, a full bath, smaller bedroom with king bed and then large bedroom with connecting bathroom with the most wonderful steam shower that was glorious! Onward to building 2! Enter the door and you walk into a fabulous kitchen with a large island with 4 stools, 2 sinks, Viking appliances…6 burner gas stove, dishwasher, huge refrigerator 2 microwaves and fully stocked with anything you might need to cook for a crowd! I was discovering something new everyday! A small step down had a sofa, dining table and a wonderful window seat looking over the front yard. To the right of the kitchen there is a barn door that takes you to a very comfortable long sofa, a Murphy bed and two more bedrooms! A full bed in one and a queen in the other and a bathroom. The house was clean, the yard was clean the pool was clean. There is a pool net to scoop out any leaves, a blower to blow them away from the pool deck. Big comfy leather furniture under the tiki hut with fans to keep you cool. We were there for a family wedding.. wish we had more time to relax there.

The property was mostly as described, was particularly beautiful outdoors and fit our party of 9 friends celebrating a bachelorette party. Unfortunately, we had several issues with our stay and experienced spotty resolution of those problems with the hosts. The turnover of the property prior to arrival seemed rushed and was incomplete with the outdoor half bath uncleaned and wet laundry in the dryer. The stocking of kitchen cookware, towels and toilet paper left a lot to be desired, especially for premium rental prices. Several appliances were not working or in the process of repair but were not disclosed prior to our stay. The inconvenience of having no working ice makers made the greatest impact. The pool house kitchen was nearly absent of kitchen equipment and the main kitchen was lacking compared to the listing’s description of a fully equipped private kitchen. The hosts accepted this feedback and express a desire to improve on their turnover and maintenance processes in the future.

Perfect for Graduation

We stayed Friday -Monday for my daughter's grad from U Tampa. House comfortably fit our group of 10. Hosts were very responsive, including bringing a blanket at 9:00 on a Friday night. Small critique - need more glasses (plastic for pool area), a little more substantial blankets on bed, lower the door on the pool lavette. Master bath was AMAZING! I think everyone took at least one steam in our shower! And tikki hut with leather couches was THE hang out spot (nice and cool under there). Thank you.

A dream vacation and dream home! My family and I traveled from Mississippi to Tampa and we had the best time. Mr. Bryan and Mrs Amanda were THE BEST!From the moment leading up to check in til during our stay til check out! Everything was easy and relaxing. Their home was super clean. Traveling with the age group ranging from 16 to 70 was hectic in itself. Everyone is so particular on what they like and don’t. This house checks all the boxes. The house was clean. We had plenty of towels. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen and the shower was my happy place. The kitchen was clean very spacious and everything was right at hand. We weren’t on top of each other. Everyone had their own space and privacy. The outside living and pool area was a dream. It’s carefully and creatively design with family entertainment I mind. They thought of everything. My husband grilled and it seemed like the best bar b Que he ever cooked. The shower in the master seen me 3 times a day atleast. It had a steamer in it and I just dwelled there. When we come back we are definitely staying here if they’re not booked up. I suggest if you’re looking to book go ahead and do it because it won’t last long. I have nothing but good things to say nothing negative because it weren’t any. Thank You Bryan and Amanda for a EPIC stay!

Women’s Final Four in Tampa!

We rented this house to stay together as former college basketball teammates in Tampa for the Women’s Final Four weekend and it exceeded our expectations. The check in was seamless and the set up was perfect for our group! When you walk in there’s an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven with a dining table and then it opens to the pool area which is very spacious and tropical (there is a bonus treehouse area in the back that our group used for morning yoga). To the right is the main house which has a large kitchen living room and dining table perfect for the entire group to get together each morning. This side has 2 bedrooms a bathroom and the Murphy bed. Back outside when you walk in to the left there is another house with laundry and a fridge as well as 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has doors that open up to the pool and features a steam shower that everyone took turns using because it was nice! This house truly has everything - even an additional outdoor bathroom and shower to use by the pool. The host was great for our group to continue to make memories 10 years after college and we can’t wait to return to visit one day! Highly recommend this property

Riverside Heights and "The Heights" in general in Tampa is a collection of historice neighborhoods with an ever present growth of the best family and private owned restaurants, bars, cafes and venues. Centrally located, one can easily access Ybor City, Raymond James Stadium, Water Street, Armature Works and more in just 10 minutes or less, while other areas of interest like USF, Moffitt Cancer Center, Lettuce Lake Park, Hillsborough River State Park, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are within 15-25 minutes away.

Great for retreats as well, there are specific areas or yoga or meditation, and for corporate of business travelers there is enough separation to remain private yet many social areas to be shared.
