Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Welcome to my modern, comfortable, welcoming home right in the heart of downtown Port Chester. My home is great for families or a romantic weekend getaway to see a show at the Capitol Theater. I am a 5-minute walk to both the Capitol Theater and Metro north train station for a quick 40-minute ride into NYC. Multiple restaurants and shopping are minutes away and there is plenty of free street parking. Pets are welcome!! The space includes a king size bed in the master bedroom with bathroom and multiple dressers. No closet available in master bedroom but you are welcome to use closet in hallway or 2nd bedroom which has plenty of hangers and space. 2nd bedroom has twin size bed. Both bathrooms have shower/bathtub available. Full modern kitchen with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, Keurig. Living room has 55' Samsung TV with every channel possible, contact me for details on how to use server app can be tricky. Couch, recliner, and aquarium for your viewing pleasure. Indoor garage spot availablefor extra fee. Outside private patio available from May- November with patio table for 4, umbrella, electric BBQ, and 2 other lounge chairs for morning coffee. Washer/Dryer inside unit available for your use at any time. No loud music at any time please and no vaping inside at any time. There will be a $100 fine for violators. Please shut AC/Heat when checking out as well as shut all lights. Please enjoy the Aquarium for your viewing pleasure but PLEASE do not touch the tanks, thank you.2 Day Stay Maximum. Please be transparent when declaring how many guests and or pets will be staying with you. I have access to the outdoor cameras where you enter the building. Thank you so much and one more thing... Great stay - walking distance to train & Capitol Theatre, fun NYC decor, most comfortable mattresses ever, nice air flow, spacious and with everything we needed, good communication with owner. Would absolutely stay again!!!

The property was perfect. Clean, well laid out and close to the Capitol Theater! We used the parking spot in the garage and it worked great. Next concert at the Capitol, we'll be back.

Perfect space for a group of 4 adults

Perfect spot for our small group to stay for a show at the Capitol. Clean, sophisticated and well laid out. Only about 6 blocks from the theater and the heart of Port Chester. We will definitely be staying there again!

Pet friendly and clean

In the area for a family reunion. It's often hard to find a pet friendly rental and harder to find one that is clean. This is both! Renters without pets would never know pets were allowed. Fit our needs perfectly. The indoor parking garage was a big bonus. Check in/check out was easy. We would stay again

Great Place, Fantastic Location

I was up in Port Chester for two concerts at the Capital Theatre. You could not ask for a better location. The apartment was fantastic. Spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could need, everything was spotless. And the price was more than reasonable. Highly recommended

Perfect location for a show at The Cap

It was very clean. The furniture is very comfortable. We had trouble seeing the number on the building and had trouble getting in (most likely a user error due to a long, stressful drive) but the host answered immediately and was able to walk us through everything. The location is perfect! Walking distance to The Capitol Theater and many places to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful

The condo was spacious and clean, loved the patio I drank coffee on the patio. The Capitol Theatre where my niece was getting married was in walking distance. Beautiful neighborhood where the condo is located. We didn't have to drive the vehicle the whole time we were there, we walked everywhere. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to walk to eat or shop and not drive.

Comfortable apartment very close to Capitol theater

Dave was helpful and communicative when booking and we had a wonderful experience at his Port Chester apartment. There are two cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a wonderful kitchen/living area. Everything was very comfortable and clean and most conveniently, we were only a 5-minute walk from the Capitol theater which was wonderful for attending a show. I would highly recommend this property for anyone attending a show at the Capitol theater or spending some time in Port Chester.

Great spot for a show at the Capital

We spent a couple nights in this cozy condo. It was clean and comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was a short walk to the Capital Theater with several restaurants along the way which had fantastic food! The host checked in with us to make sure we had no issues, and was responsive prior to us getting there when we messaged him. All in all it was an excellent experience, and we will definitely be returning the next time we have tickets to the Capital. Ps- The fish tank was a very nice addition, and definitely helped us to relax! Thanks for such a great stay !

A quiet place during a family eent

The city apt. was very clean, quiet and good for what we needed. We easily walked to town where restaurants are. Parking was easy for us as we arrived about 3 pm (instructions were good.) Bring any groceries so you don't have to go out. We were sorry to leave after hort time, as it had everything we needed... EXCEPT no LR reading lamps... we're readers. (Next time they'll be there - everything in apt. was spanking new!) Nice layover place, not fancy but nice. Great patio.

While the proximity to the Capital Theatre is nice and close, this is not the place to stay if you are celebrating from out of town. The host was not as accommodating as we had hoped. We tried to be as transparent as possible when we let the host know we wanted to have a couple friends stay with us. Very stressful situation leading up to when we were to check in. The beds are uncomfortable, otherwise the apartment is spacious and clean.
