There are 2 private unit rentals that may be occupied with owners or with other guests, these units do not have access to main living of Villa, they have a private entrance, private patios and private entrances. The driveway, walkway and pool is shared with other renters. The units are attached to the main house, if you are looking for complete privacy may we suggest renting the entire Villa. Pool, outdoor common area is shared with all guests.
Suites
You will have access to the two Primary Suites are located on either side of the kitchen/living room. The Primary Suite’s pocket sliding glass doors open seamlessly to afford a truly indoor-outdoor living experience with stunning views of the pool, hot tub, and in-ground gas fireplace.
The custom bed frames, walk in closets, and floating bedside tables are locally sourced and crafted with gorgeous Parota wood. Each suite is equipped with a mini fridge, full length mirror, black out curtains, extra pillows, duvet blankets, and with luxury sheets from Sheex and Pottery Barn. Each suite is equipped with its own air conditioner.
Each ensuite has Toto bidet toilets. Rainfall and handheld showerheads are supplied by on-demand hot water. Luxurious outdoor soaking tub so you can relax in privacy under the starry night sky. Plush towels and quality toiletries are provided for your comfort.
Indoor-Outdoor Living
The kitchen and living room have spacious 11-foot ceilings and pocket sliding doors that open seamlessly to the outdoor living area. The open flow living area offers a deep luxury sofa, 75" HD flat screen TV, and indoor electric fireplace where you can cozy up every evening for Netflix and Chill.
Step outside to the 4'deep infinity pool. Relaxing days will flow freely with easy access to libations from the poolside bar including separate beer and wine temperature-controlled refrigerators. Escape the afternoon sun and retreat to the back terrace where you can enjoy the stunning natural granite wall and BBQ up some carne asada on the Nexgrill propane grill. In the evening, take in the glorious post sunset glow and relax with a delicious glass of vino in the 8-person jetted hot tub.
Gourmet Kitchen
Villa Damiana offers a phenomenal gourmet kitchen equipped with a Bertazzoni gas range, electric oven, beer and wine fridge, and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities to “chef it up” including cooking oils and basic spices. Fully stocked with pots and pan including cast iron, a knife block, toaster over and kitchen aid blender.
The coffee station provides a drip coffee machine and French press serving up our locally world famous roaster, Baja Beans Coffee, and a selection of premium teas. Cream and sugar are also provided to start your morning off right.
Guests will have access to the two Primary Suites, with private located on either side of the chefs kitchen/living room which guests will have private access to.
Shared access to Infinity Pool Hot Tub, driveway.
Beyond the Primary Suites are two additional Junior Suites, one on each end of the Villa with private entry and locked off from the rest of the Villa where the owner stays.

There is street parking and parking for AWD and 4x4 vehicles inside gates.

Things to Note
There are many stairs from the parking area up to the Villa. There are no stairs in the expansive single story Villa.
When visiting our desert escape, we ask our guests to do their best to conserve water-our most precious natural resource. Throughout the region, and for Villa Damiana, water must be trucked in from a local water source. While there will be sufficient water for all your needs, we ask you conserve whenever possible.
Although Villa Damiana exudes serenity and relaxation, it is Mexico and therefore not uncommon to hear music throughout the day. While there is no active construction in the immediate vicinity of the Villa, the surrounding community is developing rapidly and occasionally construction noise can be heard down/across the valley. Villa Damiana is at the top of a large hill and is the highest home in the vicinity.
Here in Baja we love organizations that help the local community. Villa Damiana is located up the road from Dog Prana, non-profit organization that rescues, fosters and rehabs our furry K-9 friends. Our decision is primarily driven by the presence of a couple of adorable outdoor rescue kitties who call the property their home.These shy feline friends have found solace and comfort in our tranquil outdoor spaces, and they have become an integral part of our property. While they mostly keep to themselves, occasionally you might spot them exploring the grounds or lounging in the sun.I want to assure you that these kitties are very friendly, but they can be a bit shy around new people. However, if you're a cat lover, you might enjoy catching glimpses of them during your time here.We kindly ask you to respect their space and not attempt to approach or disturb them, as they appreciate their independence. Providing a safe and peaceful environment for our outdoor kitties is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain that balance.If you have any questions or concerns about the kitties or anything else related to your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out. We want to ensure you have a wonderful and enjoyable experience during your time at our rental property.
Getting Here and Around
We are 100 kilometers from the Los Cabos International Airport. A rental car is necessary. An AWD or 4x4 vehicle is recommended for the unpaved roads throughout Baja and leading to the Villa. The quickest way to the villa is to hop on the toll road leaving the airport. You will first take a ticket then pay upon exiting the toll road, usually around $5 USD. USD or Pesos are accepted. Follow signs for Todos Santos. After exiting the toll road and entering the main highway, you can use G-Maps to navigate to Villa Damiana.
Both San Pedrito Beach and Cerrtios Beach are a quick 10 minute drive down the hill. There are two small restaurants within walking distance - Potrero Pizza and Crudo.
Groceries and Sundries
It is recommended to stop for groceries before arriving to the rural area of El Pescadero. Although there are smaller local grocers and organic roadside produce stands, you will want to get the basics at a large store such as Chedraui Select, Mega Soriana, Costco, or Walmart. Locally, we have Argricole dubbed “the Whole Foods of Baja” where you can get all your local fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh baked pastries, local yogurt, specialty coffees. They also offer a fantastic array of sandwiches and other goodies to fill your cooler for your excursions. We are obsessed with their totopos (homemade tortilla chips), super fresh strawberries and of course, their fresas con crema!
Local Activities
Our fabulous Villa Damiana guidebook in the Villa as well as our website will provide recommendations to all the adventures the area has to offer including surf board rentals and surf instructors, ATV tours, local hikes, mountain biking, horseback riding, fine art galleries, shopping districts, and different beaches to explore.
There are several awesome beaches in the Pescadero area that are worth spending the day at. Playa Los Cerritos is the most popular beach in the area, and is the best known for surfers and those wanting surf lessons. There are plenty of umbrellas along the beach for rent, and occasionally a vendor will come by with jewelry, blankets, ice cream or margaritas (score!).
Every Sunday during high season, Baja Beans hosts a weekly Farmer’s Market where local artisans, farmers and craftsmen sell fresh produce, paintings, jewelry, blankets, locally-made clothing, and much more. Along with the delicious food at Baja Beans, we love perusing the beautiful handmade, ethically-sourced goods at Zócolo.
The charming and vibrant town of Todos Santos is known for its art galleries, world class cuisine, historic mission and regional museum, as well as many boutiques and bookstores. Todos Santos, meaning “All Saints”, is a small coastal pueblo with captivating charm. Many say it’s a reminder of what Cabo was 20 years ago. The main downtown attraction is Hotel California, famed as the one from the Eagles’ song. Controversy arose years ago when the band made it official that this was not the hotel in their song, but I don’t think we care. It is still fun to visit this hotel, restaurant, and gift shop, imagining it as the lyrics describe. This is the best place to enjoy live music in the area. Todos Santos is a quick 15 minute drive from Villa Damiana.
