Host was attentive and quick to respond. Everything you need except your groceries are supplied. Beautiful setting, nice dock, clear clean water, decent fishing, kayaks provided. Outdoor fire pit. Loved the attached screen room.The only issues: we got locked out once- make sure you only use the keypad and dont manually lock the door from the inside. Had problems with the inside fire place- couldnt get a good flame, kept going out.Beautiful, will definitely return!

The house is perfect for 2 people. Very serene, hubby loved the fishing right off the dock. Beautiful views of the lake during sunsets.

What a lovely little cabin stay we had! The cabin is just right for two people. Everything is updated and nicely decorated, and the bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful. I appreciate the private dock, and we had a nice swim. The water isn’t too weedy and the sand was nice and soft in the swimming area. We also took the kayaks out one night, which was nice since the lake is small and you can have it pretty much to yourself, with no speedboats roaring by. In the evenings you can hear the loons calling, and I saw a great blue heron on the lake.Communication with the owner was prompt and entry was easy. I took a point off cleanliness because the refrigerator was dirty when we got there and there were some chips on the ground, but the owner was responsive to this complaint. Other than that we had a perfect stay and I’m truly looking forward to coming back as soon as I can. I wish we’d had more time up there!

Boating Trip

Had a great time boating on Gull and Cross lake. Enjoyed the VRBO was nice to have a fire and look at the lake. The screen porch was nice to have coffee in the morning.

Lovely retreat

A sweet place by the lake, thoughtfully appointed. However, we were 4 adults and there was only a couch (not a sofa bed) which was not comfortable for our adult sons to sleep on.

Hot weekend spent at the lake

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful cabin that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. The cabin was immaculate, providing a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.The highlight of our trip was the lake just steps from the cabin. We fished from the dock, used kayaks and kids played in the water all day. The water was clear of weeds and there was a nice beach area which made our water time completely enjoyable. The cabin itself was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and cookware, making meal preparation a breeze. The cozy living spaces were perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor activities.Overall, this cabin is a gem for anyone looking to escape into nature while enjoying the comforts of home. It’s quaint and cozy, but perfect for a weekend away. We can't recommend it enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing cabin by the lake

Although unassuming when driving in, the cabin was absolutely amazing and had everything we needed for a few days away. Stunning and cozy on the inside! A quick drive to Nisswa, Brainerd, and the restaurants and resorts around the lakes. Would stay again without a doubt!

Lovely little place

Cute little cottage with a warm and cozy loft bed and fire place. Place was clean and fully stocked. We even ice fished, had a blast and would definitely return!

Perfect Winter Hideaway

There's nothing quite like being holed up in a MN cabin in January with a Real wood fire. Despite the -37 degree weather outside, I was nice and cozy inside. The kitchen has all the tools you'll need (yes there is a teapot). I wanted a place to rest from a very complex, detail-focused job. I found this place to be visually quiet (important for tired brains, thank you). The light that comes in the windows, even on dreary days, is wonderful - great for painting and reading.Hot water works great - excellent water pressure. Clean space. Loft stairs can be tricky if you've not experienced them before, but the railing is secure (ascend with confidence, descend with care). 10/10 would stay again!

Sweet little getaway

My husband and I rented this property for our long weekend getaway. It was very well stocked with all the necessities. AirCasa did an excellent job of recommending local establishments for adventures or dinning out. It was incredibly refreshing to have small businesses helping small businesses
