HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.

POOL
• The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
• For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
• Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.

PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:

• Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $238, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (until 3 pm): $238, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
• EV Charger is an optional service priced at $15 per day, with a minimum payment of $75 per stay. The total charge will be calculated according to the total number of nights confirmed for the entire reservation.

Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

This is a self-catering vacation home and only the initial items will be available at the house. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag in the trash can, Dove mini 1oz Essential Body Wash, Dove mini 1oz Hydrating Lotion, Dove mini 1oz Shampoo Bottles, Dove mini 1oz Daily Moisture Conditioner, Dove mini 25g Cream Beauty Bar, Tissue.
- Kitchen: Liquid Detergent, 5 Trash Bags, Multi-Purpose Degreaser, Sponge and 4 Dishwasher Pods.
- Laundry: 4 Laundry Detergent Pods.
- Linens/Sheets: One sheet set per bed and one towel per guest (up to the maximum occupancy of the house). A kit of extra sheets and towels are provided during your stay.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Paradiso Grande Resort houses is conducted weekly on Mondays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

Florida is a magical place! It offers a perfect weather that attracts millions of tourists. The houses have screens on the windows and pools that prevent the entry of animals.

IMPORTANT
• In case of noise disturbances from neighbors, please call the Orange County
non-emergency line at 407-836-3111 to report the complaint.

PARKING
• Only the vehicles that can fit in the garage and driveway are permitted.
• There are 2 other large parking lots within the community that can be used for additional parking.
• No street parking is allowed.

TRASH
• Trash is collected daily through a valet service; trash must be out by the curb by 7 AM.
• Currently the trash needs to be placed at the curb. Soon there will be trash cans or bins located on the side of the house.
• Only household trash can be placed at the curbs. Thursday is bulk trash pickup, and the county will pick up bulk for now.
• Currently there are no dumpsters in the community.

CLUBHOUSE
• Resort and amenities are open daily from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
• Activities start daily at 11:00 am.
• The minimum age to access the amenities without an adult is 16.
• Access to the Resort requires: Present the concierge with an email confirmation of your stay in the community. Include:

b. Street address
c. Number of people in your party
d. Dates of stay

DELIVERIES
• Deliveries are allowed in the community.
• All deliveries must be addressed to the house..
• Please ensure that deliveries are scheduled to arrive during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items that go missing or damaged after delivery.
• There are no mailboxes in the community.
