Great place for our little family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here. We usually stay at the sister complex Aruba Bay, but due to no availability, we booked here. We love the location. It was clean and while the AC was a tad noisy, it wasn't anything different than a hotel. Our only recommendation is updating the living room furniture to be able to accommodate more than just two people. We used our white noise app and all was fine.

Not a bad value

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would say it was a good trip. The property overall wasn’t in the worst condition. But they do have a problem with all the pigeons everywhere. Lots of bird poop on everything which is gross. We would overhear other guests talking about the pigeons.
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 17 de sept de 2025

Great location and great size for a small family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for a wedding and everyone was staying at Aruba Bay as well so it was a very convenient location! I was able to walk back and forth from the bridal suite. We did a one bed one bath option because it was just my husband, our toddler and I and it was the perfect size. My only complaint was there was not enough towels for us for our two night stay. Overall a great experience!

Pictures of rental were misleading

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pictures showed this rental to be way bigger than what it actually was. The air condition unit in the living room was so loud you couldn’t hear the tv over it. Other than that nice stay but send someone out to check that ac unit.
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 15 de mar de 2024
Thank you for your review and feedback. Our maintenance team have begin the process to repair the AC unit's noise level. Thank you and we hope to host you again soon!

Bad mattress and loud AC unit in living room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed multiple times- but a different unit each time. This one isn’t worth he back ache with the older mattress. The ac unit in the living room has a hum that doesn’t stop. The sofa needs a clean as well. Seems to have sand in the fabric.
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 5 de ago de 2025

We’ll be sure to pass along your comments about the mattress, AC noise, and sofa to the appropriate team for review and improvement. Your feedback helps us make every stay better.

First family beach trip

The host was amazing at giving us pointers for our 17 month old daughter for her first beach trip. The condo was the perfect size for a family of 3-5. Everything was super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed - even a pizza cutter! Haha. The pools were perfect for our daughter. My husbands favorite was the fishing docks. It was the best place and we are already planning our trip for next year.

Great place to stay!

It rained a lot but having all of the streaming channels available helped tremendously. The place was spotless, all the bedding was comfortable, nice fluffy towels, providing dark makeup removing wash cloths made me feel like I had a special connection with the owners of this unit! Bathroom was huge with nice walk-in shower. I would only recommend that an outside rinsing station be installed for getting all of the beach sand off so it does not get tracked into the unit. Has everything you need - we will rent this unit again next year! 100% recommendation this place to any one with a small family.
