The Neighborhood:

The Ellis Street Graded School neighborhood is a diverse, urban historic neighborhood a short walk, bike or drive to downtown and the new Bell Tower Green Park. This is a mixed income, historic neighborhood and as such has foot traffic and diverse neighbors.



Getting Around:

This house has easy access to Hwy 52 & I85. There are also plenty of bus routes, and the neighborhood is walkable to downtown as well.

•Entertainment: The living room is equipped with a Smart TV. We do not have cable but provide a YouTubeTV subscription, which offers a wide selection of live and on-demand channels. You are also welcome to log into your personal streaming accounts like Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu.

•Scent-Sensitive Guests: To ensure a comfortable stay for all, we use Free & Clear (unscented) laundry detergent for all linens and towels.
