A couple of broken plastic deck chairs.Glad there were no stairs to deal with. Really loved the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend this property.

Needs Some Attention

The location is great, and the condo would be great too, if some effort was made in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The bed mattress is very hard, not what you would expect in a vacation rental. The patio area is dirty, with a layer of dust/grime on the table, and chairs that are cracked and uncomfortable. Soooo much potential here to be a really nice vacation rental.

Hi Teresa, thank you for taking the time to submit another review for the same stay. We are sorry to hear that the deck was not cleaned properly, I have passed this on to our cleaning team. Decks can get dusty quite quickly in the summer months and had you reported this to our office, we would have been able to give it a quick wipe down right away. Mattresses are always a bit of a tough thing as everyone has a different preference for firmness. The mattress in this particular property is only a couple of years old so is certainly not past due for an update. It is a bit on the firmer side which many people prefer but obviously was not what you are used to. We hope to be able to welcome you back another time. Regards, WSP

Survived the Artic Cold during our Visit

The property part of the property we saw was our room, the parking garage (which is in the basement, very hard to understand that from the front office, guess they assumed we knew). The cold air put the hot tube into a no-use situation. Place was clean and good for skiing. shuttle bus to the lifts was nice, again, once we asked somebody on the streets for more information how to get the lifts.

The condo is in a fantastic location and very functional. Only knocks are that the bathroom and kitchen were not properly cleaned when we arrived. The couch is not comfortable to sit on. I get you want something durable, that said the cushions leave much to be desired. The bed mattress is also very hard. Too hard for my wife and my liking but it may be ok for others. Overall, the condo provided us a wonderful vacation.

comfortable and clean condo

We stayed in this condo and enjoyed our stay. We had an easy check-in and the condo was clean when we came. We asked for a couple more towels and a water kettle which were provided right away. The management company was very friendly and professional. The couch was comfortable, the kitchen provided enough plates and cutlery and had good quality appliances. The location is good, only 10 minute walk to the gondola and 1 minute to the grocery store. We have only 2 remarks: although we slept okay, the bed could use some updating with a new mattress and the bedding didn't fit in the cover. A king bed would be even better! Also, the window covering let through a lot of light since the sun would come up on that side. We are not people that sleep in very long, but the brightness in the room woke us up around 730-8pm. Additional window covering would do the trick.

Great location and a perfect place to stay for an extended trip. Nice amenities, very close to the shops, and fairly close to the ski lifts. The hot tub and pool are great. I agree with some other comments that the place could use a bit of a reno (the bedroom blinds need replacing) but overall the place is clean and I would happily stay their again.

Property and location perfect but all the blinds in the apartment were broken even the ones in the bedroom not to impressed and there was a lot of hidden cleaning fees that were unmentioned untill right before purchase other than that had a great time

Convenient Respite for Everything Whistler

Ideal location for everything you’d want to do in Whistler - steps away from the free mountain shuttle, Whistler Village, and the marketplace. Hot tub & pool were well maintained and great to use after a long day of activities. The unit itself could benefit from some refreshing updates - it had all the amenities, full kitchen with appliances (including a washer and dryer!), was perfectly clean, however the overall feel was a bit dreary when we wished to just stay in. Ground floor unit, decor felt drab and towards the end of its lifespan, blinds were all beat up and dirty looking, and the bed was incredibly squeaky if you moved as little as a toe. Got the job done for our adventure without question, but could have been more accommodating and enjoyable to reside in for the value - other units on the property looked much more updated than ours. Front desk staff were a rare sight - thankfully they were present for our check-in, but nearly impossible to find at any other point during our stay (you’d often hear them in the back room dawdling as you stood at the desk ringing the bell and phoning the main line to grab their attention). Solid place in great location all in all, and I would definitely return (but ideally seek a more refreshed unit on the property if available).

Perfect location

Excellent location. Across the street from free Whistler shuttle stop, and then a quick 5 minute ride to Whistler gondola at base of mountain. Also across street from grocery store, pharmacy, Tim Hortons. Easy walking distance to village shops and restaurants. Unit was comfortably furnished and as described in listing. Accurate photos. After hours check-in was easy. Would stay here again.

Could use an upgrade

The property managers were very pleasant and easy to deal with. The suite unfortunately needs some work. The bed and pillows were lumpy and uneven - as a result we didnt sleep well. There were a few items that needed replacing like the kettle, coffee maker, toilet seat, bathroom faucet, and the door/lock to the carpark. Location was optimal but they would need to address these issues before we could consider another stay.

Convenient location

The location is very convenient, the free shuttle to the ski lifts is just across the street and so is shopping, IGA, Liquer Store, Drug store. The heated pool and the hot tub was great after the day of skiing. The condo was well equipped, but it would have been nice to have some pool towels (or more towels - I found out after the fact that we should've asked at the front desk for more) and also more glasses and bowls would've been handy (we had to hand wash the few that were there, but it wasn't a big deal). The condo was in a quiet location. The only issue was with the underground parking. We were assigned a spot close to the door under our condo, but someone took our spot so we were told to park in any empty spot, which was much further from the door and we had lots of stuff to carry up. They should enforce the use of assigned parking spots otherwise what's the point.
