We’re excited to introduce you to our stunning home, perfect for a relaxing getaway with family and friends! Nestled in a fantastic community in the heart of Temecula, our house is conveniently located just 1.3 hours from Los Angeles and 1 hour from San Diego, making it an ideal retreat.
Situated in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac, this spacious 3,000 sq. ft. residence features 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 adults and 2 children under 12. All bedrooms are located on the upper floor, ensuring privacy and comfort.
Step into the expansive family room with its soaring 18-foot ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light. You’ll love unwinding on the balcony, enjoying spectacular mountain views and watching golfers on the course right outside your master bedroom.
The backyard is a true highlight, offering a spacious barbecue area with breathtaking mountain vistas, perfect for hosting dinner parties or gatherings for up to 10 guests. And for the ultimate relaxation experience, our heated spa can accommodate up to 8 people, making it perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
For your convenience, the house is equipped with Level 1 and Level 2 EV chargers, and you’ll find ample parking available in the driveway and on nearby streets.
You’re just a short 4-minute drive to the closest grocery shopping center, with an array of diverse restaurants nearby for all your dining needs.
