This solid brick ranch has everything you need to have a great stay while visiting with family, taking in a concert at Ruoff, or visiting the close by Uranus fudge factory! Located in a quiet neighborhood (we have a pre-school in our neighborhood, so no parties or speed racers!) Close to I-69 & central to so many small cities as well as fishers and Indianapolis. Mounds State Park is just a few miles away and amenities are very close. We can't wait for you to visit Anderson!

this is a brick ranch in a quiet neighborhood. it is not on a busy street, & we have a pre school in the neighborhood so be prepared to stop for dropp off and pickup.

we have ABSOLUTELY no parties, no smoking/vaping, no pets. any guests who violate will be asked to leave immediately and charged for damages. this is a family neighborhood, please respect our community and drive carefully as we have families with children throughout.
